"I would highly recommend Underground Services First. They did a great job, and they found a couple of other plumbing issues in our house that weren't found initially, and fixed them for free. They were good at explaining what needed to be done and how they were going to do it in layman's terms. They were very thorough and made sure everything was functioning, not leaky, and clean before they left. It was easy to schedule an estimate and it was easy to get on their project calendar. "Roger showed up at the time he estimated (called first to tell me he was on the way) and got right to work!
We have a floor drain that water comes up out of when there is a clog somewhere, and it goes all over the floor.
I have had many plumbers looking at the same problem as long as I have owned this house, they were never really sure what the problem was. The clog seems to be fixed when they leave, but slowly comes back. Roger tried snaking the pipes in the usual place, but it didn't seem to work. So, he asked if he could cut a pipe and try it from there. After a few tries, he got the clog, and told us how we could take care of it if it happened again. Which should be much easier to take care of, since we know where the problem area is.  If I ever need another plumber, I know who to call!
