"The plumber responded right away and kept me apprised of his arrival well within the time window they gave me. The plumber was cordial and knowledgeable. He also had resources to contact if there was a special condition with our hot water pipes fed by gas heat. He was very observant and checked the pipes for frozen areas. He was able to create warmth needed to make the hot water flow again. The whole process was smooth and efficient. We are dripping all the hot water faucets also now, not just the cold faucets. "The service and cost were as represented. Depending on what you need done it may be expensive because they charge an appointment fee plus an hourly rate. It is probably pretty standard but not cheap for unspecialized work. One thing I was not entirely happy with: on the phone I told the appointment person that I needed the pipes capped. Perhaps I was not clear but after demolition the Mr Handyman rep told me I will need a licensed plumber to put the pipes in the wall. I thought the whole thing would get done in one appointment. Otherwise he was very resourceful, expeditious and took care of everything to my satisfaction."

The crew kept me informed of each step of the demolition and install process and let me take pictures so I could send family and friends. My home is 40 years old so we had a plumbing issue. West Shore sent their top plumber to fix the problem. Sorry I don't remember his name. They finished in one day as promised, even though they had to work well into the evening because of the plumbing issue. I really love my new walk-in shower."

"Tiger C was awesome! They jumped right on my request on a Sunday evening from home advisor. They were out the next day to provide an estimate and were honest and open about what needed to be done to fix my water issue in the crawl. I received 2 other quotes that included work for a full conditioned crawlspace due to standing water under my house. Mr. Candido assured me that what I needed was a french drain, sump pump installed and a new vapor barrier because mine was in bad shape, cut wrong around supports in the first place with a lot of exposed ground and very old. They came in at the best price and gave me the most comfort that the job would be completed right. I signed the contract the next day they received permits on Thursday, started work on Friday, and were done the following Tuesday. The water is gone, my duct work is sweating less or almost none at all by removing the humidity from the crawl from all the water. I could sleep down there now, not really but it looks so much better! I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years and they are one of the best. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work!"
