I also had my front door stained which did not come out to my satisfaction the first time and I showed Wilber a picture of the door and he came back and re-sanded the door and re-stained it. Unfortunately the week of our appointment there was heavy rain in the area which caused our project start date to move back 3 days however Steve let me know early in the week and I was able to accomodate without any issues. On the day of the project, they arrived on time. Their prepwork was perfect, no extra pain on the carpet or trim. We had them paint 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living, and family room (walls only) before we moved into a new home. End results looked great! They were even able to patch up a hole in the wall were the previous owners and run cables through. All in all, the wife and I were extremely happy with the end result. I anticipate calling them in spring for some more work (likely exterior/deck staining) and maybe another bedroom. Thank you."

(Some businesses use Home Depot supplies and charge you $$$$ but Balteza Property Services was reasonable AND they special ordered a top quality stain.) "The Home Equity Contractors did an amazing job! We bought a house built in 1962 that had the original hardwood flooring and some pretty terrible vinyl flooring. Before starting the job, Bob's flooring team was very patient with us and so helpful as we picked out the new stain and flooring. They were very responsive to emails and easily reachable via phone. Trust me, I asked a lot of questions and they answered them all and kept us updated on progress. The team doing the work was fantastic, they were professional and efficient. We also needed some remodeling and worked with Elmer's team. We were widening an entryway and I wasn't sure how to handle the light switches that needed to be relocated. Elmer explained the options and gave valuable advice. He was very flexible with his schedule and accommodating to our tight schedule.
