I also had my front door stained which did not come out to my satisfaction the first time and I showed Wilber a picture of the door and he came back and re-sanded the door and re-stained it. Had four columns on front porch sanded and painted (after I had removed railings) and also stained the back deck and tops of hand railings with a brush. "Easy to talk with and very quick to return calls. Pressure washing job went very well. Deck staining also looked good. Downside was that the quote looked low based on his basic labor charge, and he added material and repair afterward. That made the price 2.5x the quoted price, which gave me some sticker shock. I would prefer seeing the bottom line price upfront. That being said, it was my error and the work was good. Just make sure you understand the true price before you sign."

"Had them come to do some interior painting for our home. Did get an estimate from another company and Pint the DMV was less by a significant margin. Unfortunately the week of our appointment there was heavy rain in the area which caused our project start date to move back 3 days however Steve let me know early in the week and I was able to accomodate without any issues. On the day of the project, they arrived on time. Their prepwork was perfect, no extra pain on the carpet or trim. We had them paint 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living, and family room (walls only) before we moved into a new home. End results looked great! They were even able to patch up a hole in the wall were the previous owners and run cables through. All in all, the wife and I were extremely happy with the end result. I anticipate calling them in spring for some more work (likely exterior/deck staining) and maybe another bedroom. Thank you."

(Some businesses use Home Depot supplies and charge you $$$$ but Balteza Property Services was reasonable AND they special ordered a top quality stain.) "I was extremely pleased with Alberto and his crew. He was very professional when he came to give me an estimate and that made a good first impression. Day one, the house, all trim, gutters and soffits were power washed. My house is cedar and was previously stained. Alberto and his worker "painted" (solid stain) the entire house using brushes.!! They also made minor repairs. The communication with the office was very good, I was updated if there was a schedule change. They worked from 8 until 4 every day. They were very detailed. I was texted an itemized contract. All in all the whole process went beautifully. I would definitely recommend Worgren Painting LLC!"
