"Wilbers Painting company did an excellent job painting my gutters/downspouts and trim around my front door. I also had my front door stained which did not come out to my satisfaction the first time and I showed Wilber a picture of the door and he came back and re-sanded the door and re-stained it. "Company owner Mario came promptly (within two days of our call) to do an estimate; we walked around the house together discussing the specifics of what was to be done. Mario volunteered certain services and ideas as options; he provided an estimate on the spot, which we accepted a day or two later. Work was scheduled about a week later. A crew of four, headed by William, arrived punctually and set right to work. The job took about two and a half days. A paint job nowadays is far more than paint. That was especially true in our case, where only about 1/4 of the front of the house, plus some exterior window trim and doors, is painted surface. It's practically like getting a whole new house - the crew power washed the entire house, as well as the driveway, front sidewalk, and deck; cleaned the outside of the gutters where that black soot collects; washed exterior windows; re-caulked doors, windows, and siding where needed; and of course - painted the parts that needed paint. The crew worked efficiently, showed up on time each day. We were impressed with their attention to detail, for example, the steel lintels above the windows were thoroughly scraped, brushed and painted; and one small section of damaged window frame was repaired. I should add that after the work was finished, we found one small problem; we called and they sent William back that Saturday to deal with it. He truly went "above and beyond" to do so. We had used Solution before, for a large part of the interior of the house, and would gladly call on them again."

"They did a fantastic job on my large 2 level deck! They were very careful not to get stain on the patio underneath or the new siding on the house! We were so pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail that we also had them pain the entire main level of our house, walls and ceiling. Again, a beautiful, careful and professional job from prep to finishing touches! They also removed a decorative column that has plagued me for years and you would never know it was there now. "They were awesome. Lester came out promptly when it was time for the estimate. We were undecided at first about whether to use a clear seal or to have some stain. He had recommendations and also provided a brochure of the Sikkens color options. We chose the clear. He kept us up to speed on the start time and had to slip one day due to lots of rain. His team came out and power washed the deck and sanded the rough spots around nail marks and other places as necessary. His team was very courteous and mindful of other areas of the house and yard. They carefully taped and covered EVERYTHING that wasn't supposed to have sealant and they did a super job. They sprayed the fence sealant on with a small sprayer so as not to have fluid going everywhere. They HAND PAINTED the deck so that it was evenly done and uniform throughout.  The things they had to move, they put back. After the work was done, Lester called to make sure we were happy and wanted to know if there was anything they hadn't done that we had expected. In addition to the flat deck, there were two elevated decks shown in the pictures below. This was a very, very good team that worked very hard to do a quality job and ensure we were happy!"

"Rogelio Rodas and his team are extremely punctual, professional and meticulous about their work. I hired them to pressure wash my townhome (corner unit) and the deck. They then sanded and stained the deck, replaced all of rotted wood trim and parts of the wood garage door, and painted all exterior trim (including windows) and the front door. The house looks great and I’ve received many compliments from neighbors. I will definitely rehire Rogelio and his team."
