I hired MC Mark Construction, led by Marco Ayala, for a variety of home projects, and I’m truly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism from start to finish. They reinstalled 12 floor tiles in my kitchen/dining area that had been improperly installed years ago. They also replaced a broken tile, regrouted the entire area, and polished the floor. The result is stunning — the floor looks brand new! They also replaced a loose wooden plank on my deck, took care of a leaky leader hose, and scraped and painted a third-floor metal balcony railing — a tough job that required ladder access from outside. All were handled with skill and care. They also repaired and painted part of the stairwell wall. He communicates clearly, sticks to timelines, and offers fair pricing. I genuinely appreciate his attention to detail and his kind, respectful approach. I’ll definitely be working with MC Mark Construction again! Highly recommended!

Marco's team installed windows throughout my condo and replaced the old electrical wiring throughout the property with great skill! The windows, including the framing, look great! Thanks, Marco and team!

March Construction added several ceiling fans in my house. Some needed new wiring. He added another outlet in my basement and replaced lights in my shed. He also installed a huge gate. The team did a great job and I will be using them again. Really great guys.

Marco Ayala and his team installed a new front door at our house. The middle door hinge was not flush against the frame and looked unstable. Also, the dead bolt would not go in as effortlessly as one would expect with a new door install. Marco was contacted immediately on 04/20/2022 to which he stated he would come and check it out. Here we are almost a year later and he still has not made it to my house. On several occasions he setup a time to come and NEVER showed up. Marco did not even exercise common courtesy to let me know ahead of time he was not coming. I have given up and will hire someone to fix my door. If you hire this company make sure they do not leave your home unless everything is perfect. They might not show up again if the workmanship is faulty.

We had a great experience with MC Mark Construction. We hired them to install a backsplash in our kitchen, including a focal point. Marco Ayala provided great advice on achieving the best look and he was a pleasure to work with. His crew was courteous and careful in our home. They completed the job on time. The outcome is a more beautiful kitchen. We were very satisfied. We would hire MC Mark Construction again for our next home project.

I wanted my new floor to adjoining floor in DR; Marco researched and found the flooring that would match--when other firms could not. Able to schedule quickly, team arrived promptly and were fast and clean. Quality of work is excellent! I love my new floor. Also had them paint the kitchen, they did the entire room, including ceiling and trim in one day, again, excellent work. Will definitely hire them for next project!

MC Mark Construction painted and installed tile in our basement. They did a fantastic job . Very professional. Our basement has never looked better. We will be using them for future projects.

MC Mark Construction is wonderful. We needed some electrical work done on a short notice so I called Mark on a Saturday evening. I asked if they would be able to come out and assist with some wiring in our living room. Mark was able to have his electrician come up to our home on Monday morning at 8:00 am. They were able to identify the problem in the wiring and work tirelessly to correct the issue. Nothing but quality work from Mark and his crew. Once again I would highly recommend MC Mark Construction. Excellent job !!

Marco is an architect from Bolivia who moved to the United States and began a construction business. That being said he brought his knowledge and expertise with him to our home. His crew, who were very professional, not only painted our entire home at a reasonable price but also completed side jobs that were needed to sell our home. Marco was on site daily and oversaw every aspect of the job while showing patience and understanding of my requests. His workers were timely and thorough. MC Mark Construction did a beautiful job renovating my bath. The workers were very professional and paid attention to detail. The grout work was perfect. Marco was very patient and always available to discuss changes or questions that I had. I highly recommend MC Mark Construction. It was a wonderful experience!

MC Mark Construction did an excellent job remodeling our shower area. They took all of the tile down and brought the shower walls back to square and level. The workers arrived on time each day. Even stayed later than normal to ensure the job was completed on time. Their crew protected the walkway to the bathroom with canvas tarps. They cleaned up after each day of work. My wife and I are so very pleased with Mark Construction and would hire them again at a moments notice. We are planning on having them back to paint and caulk. Highly recommend MC Mark Construction.

MC Mark Construction did an excellent job installing ceramic tile in my shower. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone. They started my project right away, showed up on time each day, and completed the work exactly as requested. I am very pleased with the results.

In addition to the tile work we had some plumbing work done as well as dry wall repairs and painting. The workers arrived each day on time and the work progressed smoothy. We couldn't have been more pleased with quality of their work.

I took a long time thinking about this and after yet another visit by another contractor to fix something done by Marco s team, I felt the need to write. Overall, Marco was friendly, responsive, and punctual. He offered good rates. However, we were not happy with the quality of the work. Painting was sloppy and lacked attention to detail (painters tape was not used), and parts of the house were missed. His team lost hardware: a doorknob, a vent for our HVAC, and a piece off one of our bathroom vanities. When he went to replace them, he brought the cheapest items he could find rather than something similar to what we had, so we had to go out and purchase ourselves and negotiate the difference. On the flooring in the basement, grout was left smeared on the tiles that were installed. We wanted our vinyl flooring to be continued on our stairs and Marco convinced us to do a hybrid with wood nosing. It did not come out well, and he insisted that it was what we asked for. To be fair, he brought his team back twice to fix things that were not done well, and eventually we felt things had reached a point where we should just move on. Maybe that was the bigger mistake. We are still finding things that were not done. A huge patch of wall in the kitchen that was never painted, a different shade of white paint on just one portion of molding, faulty electrical installation of a ceiling fan. I liked Marco and would like to give a more positive review, but felt the need to be honest. In hindsight, I would have gone with a higher priced competitor for what would hopefully be better quality.

Responsive to what I was looking for and within a reasonable price. Work was completed efficiently over two days - very please with the outcome!

I called MC Mark Construction for an estimate on a Thursday and the job was done on Saturday in 3 1/2 hours. Had 3 exterior windows with some rotted wood and replaced with new wood and paint;as well painting the front door and frame. Mc Mark and company were fast and produced a a quality product. Look no further, if you need a reliable, professional contractor at a fair price. We needed to get some work done to put our house on the market & Marco was very accommodating with our tight schedule. His team did great work & were very courteous. I initially asked for an estimate for staining the deck, but quickly realized that they could do so much more. We added staining the fence, repair wood rot on the facade of the house, interior trim repair & recaulked the bathrooms. I couldn't have been more impressed! Thank you!
