Once the wall was opened, we discovered the old shower valve also needed to be replaced, and Bismark was able to take care of that as well. He was responsive throughout the entire process, provided a clear quote, showed up when scheduled, and was always willing to answer questions or check something when we asked. He kept us updated as the scope changed and made sure the new plumbing was tested before closing everything back up.
