My only complaint was that they quoted an estimate but stated all payments by credit card required a 2.5% surcharge, and they offered no office address for delivery of a check or payment to avoid charge. They did offer a PO box which obviously would have delayed the repair process several days. We, like most people that need septic repairs wished to have it done as soon as possible."
