I am so happy with the job. The result was as I had hoped it would be. My experience working with L-H Masonry was better. I would highly recommend him. It was a hard project. Demolishing and replacing 10 brick and stone steps, a landing, and caping stone walls in the front of my home in the Old Town section of Winchester. I spent years interviewing masons, but Larry was the first I felt I could communicate well with and understood what I wanted. His team kept to the schedule and budget we agreed upon. They were professional, thorough, skilled, good people.

We had a great experience with L-H Masonry. Larry provided a reasonable estimate and offered advice on selecting stone pavers for our concrete patio. The finished product is beautiful!

Larry and his guys did a truly excellent job replacing our front concrete sidewalks with brick to match our house. Our concrete sidewalks were old, crumbling, and crooked, and our new brick sidewalk really makes our house look so much more welcoming! He's dependable and does high-quality work. I recommend him without reservation!

Often times contractors have not shown up when they said or been difficult to return calls. Larry showed up when he said he would and was very responsive. I would hire him again for sure.

Larry and his crew were able to start immediately on my 500 sq ft pave stone patio with a built-in grill, natural stone fire pit, and sitting wall and they finished in a week. They were all professional, listened to my requirements, and provided feedback and suggestions. I recommend them and will call them again when needed.

They showed up early in the day, worked the whole time - efficiently - and cleaned up after they finished. Owner noticed our brick fireplace issues, advised he can do the repairs as well.

We had a floor to ceiling brick fireplace that was separated from the wall. The firebox was sound, but the exterior needed to be completely rebuilt/rebricked. L-H Masonry did a great job! They were knowledgeable and skilled and very responsive to our input. The room has an updated look and we have been enjoying fires in the fireplace for several years now

Well priced quick and clean

The masonry work was outstanding. However, the sand was incorrectly applied at the end of the project. My husband contacted Mr. Hilliard twice, and his calls were not returned. I now must pay to have the sand removed and re-applied. If Mr. Hilliard had returned our calls and came back to fix the pavers, I would have rated him a *five*.

Does what he says he will do. Kept me informed of delays because of weather. Estimate was right on. When other contractors seemed overwhelmed or baffled about our project Larry had confidence he could fix our problem and the experience to back it up.

Handled a very difficult situation since the fireplace was not built correctly to start with. Took time assessing the situation. Arrived on schedule and completed the job on time and within budget. Would recommend to others!
