"Mr. Mendez was very professional. He gave me a detailed quote, always came to meet me when he said he would, he and his team were great, the job was finished quickly, and the house looks fantastic. "They were awesome. Lester came out promptly when it was time for the estimate. We were undecided at first about whether to use a clear seal or to have some stain. He had recommendations and also provided a brochure of the Sikkens color options. We chose the clear. He kept us up to speed on the start time and had to slip one day due to lots of rain. His team came out and power washed the deck and sanded the rough spots around nail marks and other places as necessary. His team was very courteous and mindful of other areas of the house and yard. They carefully taped and covered EVERYTHING that wasn't supposed to have sealant and they did a super job. They sprayed the fence sealant on with a small sprayer so as not to have fluid going everywhere. They HAND PAINTED the deck so that it was evenly done and uniform throughout.  The things they had to move, they put back. After the work was done, Lester called to make sure we were happy and wanted to know if there was anything they hadn't done that we had expected. In addition to the flat deck, there were two elevated decks shown in the pictures below. This was a very, very good team that worked very hard to do a quality job and ensure we were happy!"

"Phenomenal work! I've used Rodas Services three times already and LOVE them. He power washed my deck twice now and it looked brand new each time--that's never happened with other power washers. I also hired him to power wash my siding and I actually saw him up on my roof power washing the brick on my fire place exhaust--amazing. "It took a couple of days to complete because there were a lot of cabinet doors and drawers and the winter weather was not cooperating, but they were able to complete the job and it looks great. The finish came out very well, my guests were surprised when I told them it was spray painted, it looks like a factory finish. A two man team did the job and they arrived on time and left the area clean every day. I provided my own paint from Benjamin Moore."

"They did a decent job at staining my deck, but they missed a few spots. I asked the owner to address this issue and he said he would send his folks to take care those spots. Unfortunately, no one ever came do those touch ups. Overall, follow up was poor and non-existent based on my experience. This is an update on my previous review. The owner reached out to me and apologized for the delay in the touch up work and promptly came back and completed the touch ups personally. Overall, I'm happy with how my deck looks. Based on this and my interaction with the owner, I do believe that this company cares about its customers' satisfaction and that my initial experience may have been an exception rather than the norm."
