"This is the second big project we've done with REO Service Pro. They finished our basement a few years ago. Both projects were done with quality and professionalism. Gary is very easy to work with. He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. On multiple occasions I witnessed Gary instructing a crew member to "rip it out and start all over". In our experience with house projects, that is a rarity. Most contractors are okay with mediocre work to save time and effort. As a result, the end product was great. In terms of cost, they may not be your cheapest bid but they won't be your most expensive either. The investment is worth it. I highly recommend REO Service Pro."

"I have been raving about Jim the Handyman to all of my friends and family! I desperately needed my master bathroom shower corners and around the pan re-caulked. I also needed new peel and stick tile laid in my guest bathroom where I had builder grade 1990s vinyl tile. Jim the Handyman did an estimate with a reasonable price. The installer showed up on time, was friendly, professional, worked hard and did a beautiful job on both things. I will be using them again for other jobs. It is hard to find a good handyman, especially one who will do the smaller jobs and be reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. Give them a call!!"

"Davis Contracting was one of the few companies that called back and he came to see the job on the same day. Alexander has a fabulous team; they are craftsmen. They had to put my deck back together some of the crew did the power washing and some did repairs and some completed the building portion and some did the staining. This was a big job. They pressure washed two large decks repaired all necessary lumbar and stained everything. They also had to move lots of furniture. They were just terrific."

If the Crew had any questions, they always deferred to me (and wife) and proceeded as we directed. "From beginning to end Mike Butterbaugh from Home Remedies was simply awesome with renovating our two bathrooms! We live in a Townhome in Northern Virginia and the bathrooms needed to be stripped down completely with totally new Flooring, Painting, Sink, Toilets, and Showerheads. "This project went great. Jose sent a worker over, Johnathan. Johnathan arrived on time, explained the best way to do my various tasks and then got to work. He ran into a couple of issues based on my home setup that we couldn't see until he opened my wall. He was able to do a nice workaround without any problems. I am very pleased with his work and knowledge and plan to hire again for a few other projects."
