Saund Builders Inc is a small minority women owned business. Being in business since 2005 brings a lot of experience in all construction projects, Residential & Commercial. Building New Homes or Additions, Driveways to Decks, Foundation to Roofs in Residential & Tenant Setup or Store Set up, Doctor offices to Restaurants in the commercial field. We accept major credit cards with a 2%convenience fee allowing our clients to build and enjoy now and pay later while getting their rewards from their favorite card. I contracted Saund Builders to excavate and build a walkout entrance into our basement and had a great experience working with Hakam and his team. Hakam is very communicative and flexible with working around your schedule and any requests you have and/or need done. We asked his team to paint the retainer walls and railing for the walkout and even though that was not within the project scope, he was willing to accommodate it at no extra cost. We found his pricing to be very transparent and fair, the crew to be friendly and professional and the quality of work to be very high. Additionally, we had no issues completing the project within the allotted time frame. I would highly recommend using Saund Builders for potential projects and will likely use them again for larger projects we have planned for our home in the future.

I hired them for a big project , it is a one family business , nice owner on personal level , at first you will get cheaper estimate than other companies and you will think oh yeah I am saving …but rest assured soon you will definitely discover the bad finishing in several areas of your project , and you chase them to repair to no avail , prepare yourself for another budget to repair what can still be reparable.
