In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. "Had issues with Combi tankless domestic/boiler unit heating domestic water temperature too high. Also, not getting consistent hot water to the kitchen faucet. Jacob listened to issues about the kitchen faucet not getting steady hot water from the system. He was able to identify and resolve the cause of the problem and remedied it and now have steady hot water to the kitchen. He also examined the plumbing of the Combi unit and noted that the circulating pump plumbing was not correct and causing the excessive hot water temperatures. He verified the plumbing with the Combi manufacturer and recommended having it plumbed correctly. Jacob also took time to examine other faucets throughout the home to ensure that were all functioning properly when hot water was requested from the Combi unit, He tested the home water pressure to help me determine if I need a booster pump to increase the home water pressure.
