My refrigerator had been pulling water under the drawers for months. It was very annoying and I finally broke down and called somebody. Tayeb came, immediately knew the problem, and fixed it quickly. He covered his shoes when I came in my house and was very nice, demonstrating the problem and how he fixed it. I was worried about the cost, but it was very very reasonable.!! I will definitely use them again for any appliance issue.!

No. They charge me for the part, but never installed it. It took me a month and threat to take them to court until they return some portion of money. Worst experience in my life. I hired them to fix my dishwasher. You do not have it in this form. So I have to chose random service.

Very professional individuals. Tayeb and Ezeidn, his trainee arrived and did a very thorough review of dishwasher issue and fixed it. Very courteous, competent individuals. Was extremely impressed with their skill level and knowledge. Will definitely use Dars again.

They will try to rob you. My oven door wouldn't close. On the phone, they stated the diagnostics fee was $69. When they arrived, they demanded $118 for the diagnostics at the end of the call. Radio silence for almost two weeks. They stated it is a hinge issue and request that I send a picture of the make and model. This was odd, since the technician took pictures during their visit of the make and model. Dars wanted to charge me $649 to replace a hinge. I asked for a itemized break down, and their response was "we don't give an itemized invoice and hourly rate, as we do offer a flat rate." This didn't feel right. So, I contacted another appliance company, a dealer authorized service provider. It was simply a loose screw. I asked if it were a hinge issue, how much it would be. He stated max $450.

My fridgetfreezee died on a Saturday and this was the only company that asked if staff would handle my case. Unfortunately the fridge needed its board replaced and one wasn't available until Tuesday when it was replaced. They kept me informed about delays and arrival times.

My dryer was not working, making lots of funny noises. I contacted DARS and within a day they were able to send someone to diagnosis the problem which he was able to do right away. Parts were needed but he returned in two days as promised and put the dryer back together in no time. Hamdi was professional, efficient and clearly showed that he had years of experience. It was a pleasure interacting with him. I felt that the service charge was reasonable and fair. I would use their services again and would not hesitate to recommend them. I would give them the highest rating.

They showed up on a Saturday which was totally unexpected when I called to make an appointment. There was a need to order a part but the communication for when the part would arrive and then the next appointment to schedule the time to complete the work was easy and seamless. It was so nice to have the appliance working as expected again.
