"They fixed two leaking cracks in the basement exteriorly in May 2019. Also, they regraded the patio so that the rain water runs away from the house. I am happy with their works. I am glad my basement is dry now. Thank you."

"Angelo did a great job during the estimate process. Ends up that we didn’t need the work that we thought we needed and he was honest about that. Still provided me really great advice on what was needed so that I could rectify the issue. If I ever need waterproofing done, I’ll definitely be calling them first."

"We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. As soon as the work was done we got rain, and for the first time in the 4 months since we have lived here I saw the water that otherwise would be in our basement actually in the rear of our backyard by the discharge pipe. We have had a few more rains and even one snow and there is nothing better to look at then when I see the water that is coming out of the discharge pipe that I know otherwise would be pooling in my basement and cynderblocks walls, and how that was the case for many years before we moved in. Also, the team that did the work was extremely professional. We have 3 kids and pets and the team was extremely courteous. We tried to stay out of their way during the week they were doing the work, however there were times when we couldn't and the team was extremely courteous and professional. The team lead did an amazing job of explaining to me the work he was going to do, showing me updates, and then afterwards explaining in detail what was done, why it was done, and things for me to look for for in the future. I would highly recommend NV Waterproofing to others based on my experience with them. They did high quality work and were extremely professional."

"Best Buy's Regional Manager(Dan Mayo) came out in a timely manner to give us a quote to not only waterproof our basement but he also inspected our crawl space that unbeknownst to us had leakage also and had built up mould. His quote was most reasonable in comparison to other companies and he adjusted his work schedule to accommodate our travel schedule. We were leaving in two days and he had his crew come the day before we left and they completed the work that day. The crew itself was impressive in their work ethic as they labored almost non-stop from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. What a relief it was for us to have this work completed before we left for two weeks.. Dan's follow up was extraordinary as he showed a willingness to fix anything that may have been overlooked."

""After 15 years of enduring water and flooding damage to our yard and the foundation of our house, and after trying various 'solutions' from well-intentioned landscapers that never truly resolved the issues, we ultimately decided to engage Drainage and Erosion Solutions. We required comprehensive flood control and damage mitigation, and their expert team skillfully implemented swales, dry creeks, catch basins, and channel drains in areas where water management was critical. They also replaced a water-damaged window well, removed a flagstone patio to install drain basins and drainage pipes, and flawlessly reinstalled it. The supervisor and crew displayed remarkable knowledge, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to detail throughout the entire project. This system has been operational for several months now, and even during the most intense rainfall, which historically led to road flooding, my house and foundation remain dry. We enthusiastically endorse this company without reservation.""

"We were not happy about having to do this work after our basement flooded...it was not in the budget. LUX was patient with all of our questions and the time we took to meet with other companies. They were also open to meeting our requests and timeline. Appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness from start to finish!"

"Very smooth and pleasant experience. Sean performed the inspection and was patient and communicative throughout. The crew were meticulous, professional, and clean. Basement waterproofing work was performed exactly as described. Highly recommend."

"Friendly, courteous and professional! Shane did a fabulous job of inspecting a basement drain and inspecting the drain line to the sewer. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend DB's Plumbing and Drain."

"The required fix required that outside trenching be done and B-Dry does not do this type of work. The representative was very knowledgeable about the problem and apologized for not being able to solve the issue. Very much appreciated his honesty."
