"We clean our carpets every 6 months for maintenance and to increase the longevity of our carpets. This was our first time using this company. He steamed cleaned the carpet in 2 small apartments which included stairs! Cleaning the second apartment that day was a last minute decision and I wasn’t home to help move things around. Kevin took the time and put in extra effort to move things off the floor (baby jumper, glider chair, pack and play, totes, suitcase, toys, etc) in order to do a great job. This was really nice and so helpful, because not everyone will. He also made note of cleaning up some areas of dried paint our painters left behind! That’s not fun or easy to do. Our carpets are cleaned and refreshed now. Kevin was on time, communicative, professional but friendly, and followed up after the job was completed. I will definitely use this company again!"

"Honestly - Ayoub Carpet Service is AMAZING!!! Both the person giving the estimate and the technicians who did the actual cleaning arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I truly am astonished at how clean they managed to get my (very, very dirty!) carpet!!! Willy and Jamie managed to get out years of grime and stains well beyond my wildest expectation. I have been so embarrassed of how bad my carpet looked I didn't want to invite anyone into my home. Now it looks almost as good as it did before 12 years of wear and tear (including a 135 lb dog going in and out the back door right onto this carpet)! Honestly wished I had called them years ago...
