Clean efficient and very helpful

MTG came out after we discussed some lighting issues we had in our home. They suggested the best lighting fixtures for my rooms. After we agreed on the design they even picked up the lighting fixtures and then did an install in a couple hours. We could not be more satisfied with their work and customer service. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family for all remodeling needs.

Without a doubt this is the best experience my husband and I have EVER had working with a contractor. Julio and his team exceeded every expectation that we had and our basement is absolutely amazing (our friends and family are in awe of the transformation and quality of craftsmanship)! They were kind, professional, hard working, detail oriented, professional and showed up when they said they would. I constantly had questions and new ideas and Julio was overly patient and welcomed every new thought that I had. The project was done earlier then expected and every time we walk into our basement we are so so so grateful for everything Julio and his team did to make it so fantastic! We have already referred them to several people who are also thrilled with their completed projects! I will absolutely be hiring them again and highly recommend them!

Their customer service is unreal, so amazing. If someone is looking for a referral, they would definitely get one from me for this company. They were extremely punctual, they communicated every step of the way.

I have used Julio and his team for several of my home renovation projects! I can't say enough about the quality of the finished project! My latest projects consisted of renovation of my master suite bathroom and my foyer and kitchen floor! I can't even begin to put the beauty of these projects in words!!! My master bathroom is a jaw dropper! One of my children referred to it as a "fancy hotel shower." My foyer is another jaw dropper! I replaced a wood floor entry with 16" Tile which runs into my kitchen! Absolutely beautiful!! I highly recommend J&O Best Services! You can't go wrong!

Julio and his team did a good for us, however, they were 1 hr and 15 min late to a 8:00 am appointment :-(

J&O gave me very prompt service and did great work for a good price. I would call them again if I need more work done.

He was on time to give quote and show up to start the work. However since there were multiple indentations in the wall due to a domestic dispute involving my tenant, he repaired the dents but only painted the area around the repair. You can see where the paint started and stopped. He never came back or call to come and paint the trim around the laundry room doors. At this writing, no communication from him. I told him last Friday i would be at my house around 11:00. I stayed until 1:00 and he never showed.

I am very much indebted and grateful for team J&O Best Services. We bought a new home and really needed a paint job to make the home feel our own. The gents bent over backwards and performed even extra repairs while doing the main paint job and kitchen backsplash they were hired and selected for. Competitive rates, especially for upholstery cleaning, provide good value for service. Company uses a portable machine with clean hoses that use the homeowner's hot water and electrical power. Technician was very professional and courteous. Got most spots up or made difficult stains less noticeable. Technician did not vacuum carpets beforehand, resulting in clumps of cat hair at end of job. Nice weather allowed us to open windows to speed carpet drying and air out lemon scent from cleaning solution. No carpet rake used with hot water extraction; carpet somewhat stiff feeling against bare feet once dry. 3.5 overall.

Julio Funes was very professional and responded quickly to set up a carpet cleaning. Very realistic and upfront with expectations (no false unrealistic promises). They were on time and very friendly. My carpet cleaning was more then what I expected, exceeded my expectations. They left my apartment cleaner then what it was. Very nice job!!!! I will be rehiring them for other services soon. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends. Thank you!
