He was professional and clear in his explanation of his prices, scheduling, pricing/payment, etc. His team showed up on time and were very thorough and efficient. Our house looked great, particularly the bathrooms, which needed some extra work. We are using them for regularly cleanings and the experience so far has been the same. Carlos is exceptionally responsive and willing to work with our specific requests. Highly recommend this company!"

"We were very happy with the cleaning service provided by Skilled Maids. The level of cleaning when beyond our expectations, even cleaning inside appliances. The cleaning crew of 2 arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were fast, efficient and hard working and completed the job in their estimated time frame. The work cost $231 for 5.5 person hrs (2 people for 2.25hrs), which is similar to prices offered by other firms, but the service we received was better than any other cleaning service we have used. We will be using Skilled Maids again and will be setting up a monthly service."

"It was completed. How well it was done, remains to be seen. Thank goodness I was home, but the crew showed up 6 hours early, which fortunately worked out. The crew was very professional and nice, and explained things. Why I say it remains to be seen how well they did is because I know the ducts have not been cleaned in years; shame on me and the previous owners. However, when I was the amount of dirt that was disposed, it did not seem like a lot of dirt. I base this on the internal pictures that the crew and the man who inspected our heater took of the duct."

"Outstanding at all levels, OakHill went above and beyond any of my expectations. You have cleaning companies, and you have Oak Hill CS. We were previously using a big local cleaning service company, was good/OK at first, but quality starting declining, people showing up late, or leaving early (which means the house wasn't cleaned properly, etc). Oak Hill is a completely different experience: We met with the two owners to do the estimate, they took their time to explain what they did different than others, and why they wanted the deep cleaning to be done right --> other companies told us 4h was enough for a deep cleaning of our house, with 2-3 people - Oak Hill spent over 8h, continuously (these guys are machines), and had some reinforcement coming over later in the day (I think at one point we had 5 or 6 people at our place). Unlike others, they move EVERYTHING to clean EVERYTHING. And I mean EVERYTHING --> when they clean any shelves, they remove everything off the shelf, clean the shelf, clean the items individually on each shelf, and put everything back. This is why it takes so long, and why it's so worth it to go with them. Their estimate will necessarily be higher than what other companies would offer you, but you have to look at the effort they put behind it --> they work 10x harder than any others, and they care about it being done right from A to Z. Both owners were assisting the cleaning crews. And I don't mean supervising: they were working WITH them. They clearly have the respect of their employees, it just shows - and by doing this, they earn their customer's respect and loyalty quite fast. I would recommend Oak Hill to anybody, for any reasons. These guys are true professionals and do everything in their power to have your house be as clean as it can be."
