He was professional and clear in his explanation of his prices, scheduling, pricing/payment, etc. His team showed up on time and were very thorough and efficient. Our house looked great, particularly the bathrooms, which needed some extra work. We are using them for regularly cleanings and the experience so far has been the same. Carlos is exceptionally responsive and willing to work with our specific requests. Highly recommend this company!"

They followed all the instructions that I had provided to the company in advance. They cleaned around the staging furniture without moving them around. The house smells fresh after cleaning and not overwhelm with heavy chemicals. Communication a bit slow at first but they were able to accommodate my short-turnaround request. "We have two systems in the house, which we had cleaned (air duct cleaning) and the dryer vent as well. The dryer vent cleaning was provided free of charge as a special they were running. The technicians were very punctual, professional, and too their time to thoroughly clean everything up. They even vacuumed the covers on the returns!
