"Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

Contacted Reliable Home Improvement to repair section of water damaged dining room ceiling which plumber cut out to pin point leak from bathroom.  There were also 2 small holes in the bathroom wall. Contractors arrived on time and all materials were supplied by Reliable Home Improvement to completed the job.  Contractors very professional, installed drywall, bagged up old drywall and cleaned up everything.

"Pope's did a great job. We had problems cooling the top level of our townhouse, and another contractor told us our damper was stuck and needed to be replaced and quoted us a timetable of several months and over a thousand dollars. I'm glad we called Pope's, because they found that the problem was actually that we had a hidden second damper that needed to be closed, but also that we had to reroute a drain that leaked when that damper was shut. The quote for this was a very reasonable amount. Pope's recommended trying automatic dampers to assist in more evenly cooling, and after ordering the parts took only a day to install. There was an issue with the wiring, but their technicians came back the next day to fix it. The system works great now!"
