She managed the process seamlessly and ensured she kept proper documentation throughout the process. Then her father and his team begin the work efficiently following through on all aspects of the contract. They even tweaked a few things along the way as I asked. Customer service was delivered on a high level along with quality work. The price point was also fair with warranty on the work prepared. These guys are a scam. No prices and I told them to have the repair person call me before arriving. No call, no prices. And, then the repair person has the stones to tell me that everyone overcharges!! Let’s start with not using Beacon!!!"
