"Lyman and son provided excellent service for our kitchen remodel. This involved relocating a plumbing for a kitchen sink, removing two waste vent (one of which was in the middle of the kitchen) and installing all new plumbing. I also had him cap our gas line for our old gas stove. Lyman used copper in all cases except where PVC was better. He provided expert recommendations on various options we had. For instance, I didn't think the waste vent could easily be removed and was prepare to encase it in a column. The work had to occur over several months because we were doing the remodel ourselves. Lyman came in and provided the rough in and then later came back and installed the dishwasher, sink, and hooked up the plumbing. We also had him back to fix a separate plumbing issue in our bathroom. In all cases, he was timely and responsive. He wasn't cheap, but the work was quality."

When the furnace croaked in the January 2024 cold snap, Vito installed a replacement part which failed to work. When I decided to throw in the towel and get a new furnace, their quote was out of this world."
