Bob Was extremely kind: though he couldnt make it out to do the work that same day, he gave me the instructions to solve my own problem within 15 min and i was all set! (he did this gratis, as a kindness to help me out. The fact that he knew extacly what i had to do and how and decribed it perfectly made it clear he is a highly qualified Plumber. I will be using him for my other complicated work!

He did the work, but forgot to turn the water back on. He came back at 10:30pm to turn the water back on. I was very happy with the work that he did.

We were leaving town for the year and agreed with Bobby that he would take care of repairs while were gone. We were going to pay him a retainer and did that for a while; then we paid him per-visit. Scheduling was always hard, but he did do a few repairs adequately. We paid him what he asked, which tended to be on the high side but not outrageous. But when we had a broken window, in the winter, he came and measured it, and then simply stopped responding to emails about next steps.

They did an electrical job for me and I've been trying to get a hold of him to tell him that the line they put in is constantly tripping the breaker. He had installed it for a little fish pond we have out here. When it stopped working I thought maybe the pumps had stopped working. It turns out that there is no electricity there. I keep calling the guy and he is not calling me back. He doesn't follow up very well. I thought that the price was fair.

It was a short job with a happier ending than I thought it would have, given the age of the house and the location of the leak. Crown Plumbing did a quick job - was clean, courteous, and a pleasure to have in the house. I will call him again.

I called on September 4th (Labor Day) to leave a message for someone to call me about a leak in my ceiling that is causing significant damage. I was pleasantly surprised that someone answered the phone. He was very nice and said he would come out the following day. When I asked for a "ball park" time estimate, he said between 10 a.m. and noon. I asked my parents (who were visiting from out of town) to wait at home that day until he arrived; which he never did. Finally, I called the company number at 5 p.m. to reschedule the appointment, and left a very pleasant message like, "I'm sure you were called away to other things today. Please call to reschedule." That call was never returned. My parents wasted an entire day and I am irate at the lack of consideration for my time.
