I have rarely experienced such great customer service (sadly). From the start Rosa was excellent - polite and responsive. She kept us updated on progress and expected arrival times. Jack and his team were excellent when it came to doing the replacement. Again, we know exactly what was happening and where they were with the repair. We had some minor issues afterwards and Kyle came out to fix them. Again, very polite, great communicator and he knew his stuff. I would absolutely recommend C&P Plumbing and I will be using them myself when I need any plumbing work done.

C and P fixed the pipe. They recommended that I call my insurance company about the visible damage, which lead to a ServePro team coming and fixing ALL the damage.

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! At the beginning they were great. They replaced my water heater quickly. I had them come out again (actually by named them to my home warranty company) for several leaks in my home. BEWARE: if you submit a work request, be sure you are precise with your description of the service needed. I’m not a plumber so I didn’t know what to put on the request. I put “multiple leaks” and “upstairs bathroom”. The technician came out and fixed everything, to include the leak in my upstairs master bathroom sink. I submitted another work request a month later because the same sink was leaking in the master bathroom. I called them to request they come out again and fix it. They had me go through my home warranty so I did. Now they want me to pay the $100 deductible again because my work request doesn’t say “master bathroom sink” and that they never fixed my master bathroom sink. My wife and I were there next to the technician when he fixed it the first time. I told c & p plumbing that I would go down there, speak to the technician and let him tell you he fixed my master bathroom sink. What did they tell me? The technician no longer works there. They still want their $100 BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!

I'm still waiting on his final report , because the warranty company will not send an other Plumming company with out closing this claim So I'm stuck wirth this water lick until he feels like submitting the correct paper work

This company is a joke I was referred to them by my home warranty company, The tech Luck came and put every and any excuse not to do the work and left, finally after I spoke with his supervisor he came back ***** the problem and told me he did not have the parts to fix the problem,and that he needed approval by the warranty.he said hi would go back as soon as he gets it. Then he submitted an incomplete report to the company, after 3 calls in 8 days to the home warranty requesting updates and the correct report he still did not do it When finally did it he said that he can not fix the problem . Not only they waisted my time , money, but looks like they really do not take their job seriously . Not only that he was requesting money for different things that according to him warranty will not cover and when I said that I needed to check with the warranty company first ? That is when he said that he needed to go and summit the repair request and all of that

They came on time, they were thorough, they honored a coupon that I had. This was my third experience with them and they've all been good. They're the only plumber that I'll use.

These guys were fantastic. They immediately came in and identified the issue. Took maybe 5 minutes to identify the issue. Even better, it probably took 40-50 minutes to complete the job. These guys are the best. I'll definitely hire them again.

They were the AHS contractor sent out. AHS has sent out other providers who aren't so good. C&P provides fantastic service and explain what the problem and solution are. if I ever have to pay for plumbing they'll be my first call.

Well, my only complaint is that the inspection has not been passed yet after installation six month before. The county office came for inspection and they found that the water heater was hooked with an extension cord. That is what I found out in August when I called C&P asking about inspection. ( it was rental property) They just told me to hire a electrician to make a electric outlet for the water heater and call C&P back for another inspection after that. What!!! I had never heard of that the electric outlet was needed. For 5month since I made a phone call to C&P for the first time. Their invoice is for installation of the water heater and it showed $2750 for it and I paid it in full. Does not it mean that with the price, I get water heater installed with the condition of approval of county? Besides, I have already made a claim for insurance back in March. I see that they try to make me use the water heater as it was by not telling me that inspection was failed. I made complaint to C&P twice in writing, but they are ignoring me. This is ridiculous.

It was terrible. The plumber came and charged us $75 to tell us he does not work in the rain. Ridiculous.

I want to state that I have no issue with the plumber that was sent out, I have a huge issue with the company and after this disaster would NEVER suggest that anyone use them for any kind of plumbing work, ever! We have a home warranty and they put us in contact with C & P Plumbing. We talked to them on 2/19/2015 and they said they wouldn't be able to come out until the 23rd, fine so far. The plumber showed up on the 23rd and fixed the toilet and the shower. When he tried to fix the kitchen faucet, he broke it trying to take it apart, still okay. He said he would have to order a new handle and it might be a couple of days. My husband called on Friday the 27th and the plumber said he'd be back out Tuesday March 3rd. Well, Tuesday came and went and no plumber and no call. I called and they said that there was a mix up and the part had to be reordered and it would be at least another 10 days before they would get the part. Mind you, we have been without a functioning kitchen sink or water since the 23rd - I am trying to wash dishes in my bathtub! When I talked to them I told them that this was not okay and they agreed and suggested that they would talk to the owner the next morning and would get back to me first thing to let me know if there was anything they could do. Now comes Wednesday the 4th and no one calls me. My husband calls and their solution is that I can go buy a new faucet and they will install it for free - WHAT??? They broke my faucet and I have to buy another one for over $300 and they will install it for free? They said I could talk to the manager so I said fine and was put on hold. They finally came back to me and said the manager was on another call and would call me and I would have to wait till Friday to talk to the owner. I asked if the plumber could do something so I could at least have running water in my kitchen until the new part came in and they said they would check with him and call me back. It is now 10am on Thursday and no one has called me back. I just called them again and they have some answering service answering the calls and they can't tell me when they will call me back, haha. This is totally unacceptable and the ladies I talked to at C & P even agreed with me. If I wait for them, I will have been without a functional kitchen faucet for 3 weeks! Because the plumber broke the faucet! And I can either shell out over $300 for a new faucet or continue this h*** for another week and a half. At this point I want the money back that we've already spent ($125) and would like to no longer have to do business with this company. Good luck to me, I can't see getting anywhere with them and highly doubt they will ever call me back. I'm sure that I am out $125 and will have to shell out an additional $350 for a new faucet.

Overall, went pretty well. Inspection revealed broken water heater. Technician placed order and had it installed the next day. Office was supposed to set up an additional inspection date to confirm no gas leakage, correct install, etc, but they didn't. Price and punctuality was fine, the follow-up was forgotten.

Called our home warranty company about water pooling in light fixture below bathroom. Received very quick reply and scheduling from Cand P. Repairman came early into time window we were given- which was great because I didn't have to wait all day. Checked out everything for us. Replaced an old defective part, which could have caused the problem, and advised us what to watch, just in case. Very professional, thorough and polite. Often times when we use contractors from our home warranty company, we get terrible service, but I am always very satisfied with Cand P Plumbing.

We have used C and P Plumbing for several repairs through our AHS home warranty, and we now request C and P when AHS sends a plumber. They have been very consistent in providing thorough, professional, and helpful service. When we needed this repair that was not covered under the home warranty (the shower faucet cartridge broke in the process of forcefully removing the faucet handle, which was frozen on), we called C and P Plumbing. As usual, their plumber showed up on time, was very careful, and did a great job in a short time. We supplied the Moen cartridge. The $100 fee for the service call and repair seemed about right. We probably could have done this repair ourselves (we have replaced sink cartridges), or maybe someone else could have done it for less than $100. But the repair was inside a wall, and if anything went wrong, the leak would have been above our dining room. We didn't want to risk it. We wanted the confidence that C and P's work provides. We will continue to use C and Plumbing.

Garage ceiling was leaking. The leak was coming from the bathroom toilet. The technician was very polite and professional. He was able to immediately determine that the leak was coming from the toilet (under). He fixed and saved me many dollars of future ceiling damage.

I took the day off to have Cand P perform the work. They call me 30 minutes before the appointment time to cancel it because they didn't have enough people that day (people called in sick). Replacing a water heater (to pros) shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. I live in a one level house with a single stair (complexity to carry the equipment almost none). Next time, I had to take another day from work and they send the wrong size water heater. This means they will have to take the large water heater back and re-schedule (again). Third attempt, they did showed up with the correct size water heater and the work probably took about 30 minutes or so (one person). The problem is the guy was in a hurry and I was a bit worry for the quality of the work. Well, the water heater started leaking water from the top, where the soldering point is. I did not want to deal with Cand P plumbing again. The water was almost non-existent.... however, a month ago, I saw more was coming out. Still not enough to call the plumber right away. Finally today, I called Cand P plumbing and hoped they would just remediate the bad job done previously by them but no luck. They told me their labor warranty is only 30 days. I hope that having my records and knowing they had screwed me before, they would be like and quot;OK, we will check our work and fix it, if it was clearly our errorand quot; but no... that would have been GOOD customer service by backing up their work. They told me I have to go through my insurance company again and pay the co-pay. I will ask my insurance company to send someone else since Cand P Plumbing was terrible to begin with.

C&P Plumbing was sent to us from our Home Warranty group. They've been to the house twice to check why we were using water pressure. We thought it was a well pump issue. The first time they came out they were able to troubleshoot that our well pressure switch had worn out. We got our water pressure back for about a week. Then we lost water pressure again. The technician came out and discovered that our whole home filtration unit needing to be regenerated was the issue. They were able to diagnose and fix that issue rather quickly, however, they did miss an important issue we were having. I mentioned that after reading online, I thought we had a leak under the house. The technician said he checked, but what I found out this week, I'm unsure that he actually checked. We had a well specialist out to inspect our entire system and that technician found two substantial leaks under the house. I'm not sure if the C&P plumber didn't check, or if the leak just wasn't big enough to see upon visual inspection. Most of my dealings with this company have been positive. They've responded to our home warranty help tickets promptly and professionally. I definately prefer this small, family owned company over the larger Michael and Sons or FH Furr. I'm glad my Home Warranty company introduced us to them. The technicians we've had at the house have taken the time to troubleshoot our water issues, which the larger companies have not. They don't try to "sell" us things and that feels good.

Cand P was contracted by the home warranty service when I called in for a plumbing repair. They very professionally explained when on site that no warranty covers frozen pipes and offered to use the insurance deductible we would have to pay against the cost of repair. Professional, clear, right on time for every appointment. Got the job done and was kind enough to show us where the internal shutoff was for the outside pipes to better prepare for next winter.

They were professional and quick. The moment we made the appointment, they were available. They sent somebody over to inspect if we do need a new water heater. They took care of all the paper work with the county. They were very clean, you won't even know that there was work done in my house. The removed the old one and replaced it with a new one. They were in and out pretty quick. They did an excellent job.
