While the appliances seem to be working fine, my concern is with the lack of attention to detail. The company sent two plumbers out, one junior and one senior. I noticed that the new sump pump had never been plugged in before they left! If I hadn't noticed that, that could have been a major problem. Another pipe was not connected to the furnace so I did that myself as well. I will not be using this company again.

We experienced a catastrophic failure of our main sewer line and needed to have it replaced. Finding the right, experienced, team to do the job was very stressful, especially when looking at reviews since they are so subjective and many times only related to negative comments. While RV Carey’s didn’t have the best reviews, we were impressed with them during the contact and estimate phases, and decided to trust our gut. What a huge risk, that was worth every cent… and when you’re talking about $10k, that’s a lot of risk. The team showed up every day by 8am, ready to work. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. Not only did the replace the main sewer line and main water line, but they also restored the yard back to the condition it was prior to starting the job. In fact, we would probably argue that they left the yard in better condition than it was when they arrived. Choosing a contractor for such a big job and expensive is nerve-racking, but in this case RV Carey’s deserves five stars. We would call them again without hesitation, and we highly recommend them to you.

I like them a lot, but they have raised they're prices. I've never had a problem with the service. I thought the service was excellent, but it's too overpriced.

Informed us the process of the jobs - what his crew will be doing, replacement, length of time and the finish off.   We will be getting a full estimate.

I did not have a very good experience with plumbing. Telling me what they told me about my old equipment for $287 was outrageous. It was overpriced to an extreme degree. I think it was poorly done and was done in kind of a halfhearted and sketchy way. What they were doing was something like a hoax. They came out on time. They were punctual and drove their truck right up on my lawn. They were totally unprofessional. They came by and simply ripped me off.

Everything went really well. The person laying the tile knew what he was doing and made some suggestions to improve the layout, which I happily accepted. The men were courteous, professional, and cleaned up after their work. I'm still enjoying my new bathroom five years later and it still looks great. I'm sorry a couple of people have had problems with RV Carey. I've always found them responsive, honest, and good to work with. They are the maintenance contractor our HOA management uses for our buildings, and we are very happy with them. I plan to use them for several more large remodeling projects.

Initially I called and wanted my kitchen sink re-glued in place and while the plumber was going to be here I decided to also get them to fix a slight leak in my kitchen faucet. I was scheduled and the plumber arrived on time. That is where it all started to go bad.
The plumber stated that it was not in his job description to re-glue the sink. I stated that I told his company what I wanted and that the sink bracing and re-glue was the top priority and the faucet leak was just an added and quot;while you are here joband quot;.
The plumber attempted to take the faucet apart but just could not get it done. He seemed like he really was not into his job and he decided not to fool with the faucet any more and tried to put it back together so it would at least work while I went out purchased a new faucet to replace the one he just broke/could not put back together. He billed me $240.00 and DID NOT fix anything. In fact he ruined my current, slightly leaking faucet forcing me to buy a brand new one at a plumbing store for $290.00.
Noting that I would get a free recall and not be charged for just the visit I called R.V.Carey's and told the service manager my problem with the tech he sent, told him I had purchased a new faucet, and asked if he could send a DIFFERENT plumber to do the sink bracing and new faucet install.
A new plumber was sent and the job was done satisfactorily. The cost for the revisit was $350.00 which included glueing two small blocks of wood under the sink to hold it up and installing my new faucet. I gritted my teeth and wrote another check.
My cost totaled: $240.00 for nothing and breaking my existing faucet was an added benefit.........not funny.
$290.00 I spent on purchasing a new similar faucet and
$350.00 charge for the second plumber for a total of $880.00
Being 80 years old, experienced in working in
the construction trades, this job should have been $200.00 to $300.00 at the most and I would have done it myself when I was younger. I will not use this plumbing company again.

They took the faucet apart and told us that we had a bad cartridege. I got the replacement cartridge and called the plumber out. He told me I needed to replace the two isolation valves to the faucet as well (approximately $150 each). He then told me that he couldn't test the faucet because of the bad valves. I told him not to order a new valve, and contacted the faucet company and they told me that there was a flow restrictor that could simply be turned off. I was able to loosen up the "bad" valves myself and saved the $300-$400 I was quoted to replace them.

Called them and went thru a three week period of non-responsiveness. and quot;Oh, yeah, we'll be out today. We'll call beforehand.and quot; First, it was, and quot;Oh, we're backed up on another job.and quot; Then, eventually, no No calls. Our development was losing water at a cost of $1000 per month! The last time I called, supposedly talked to head of service. and quot;Oh my, I don't know what happened. Let me check with the lead employee and someone will call you back within the next 45 minutes.and quot; Well, it has been two weeks and still no call. Had to hire someone else.

The seal around the bottom of my toilet had dried out and crumbled causing water to leak out the bottom. Danny came with all the right parts and tools. He removed the toilet, cleaned all the old gunt and sealant from the floor, placed a new seal and securely returned my toilet. He was finished in ~ 1hr.

I called in and spoke to service manager Tony, explained service needed. He said he could have someone out this afternoon.
The tech came out looked at the leak told me what needed to be done, gave me an estimated cost per hour and parts , performed work and cleaned up everything like he wasn't even there...he even wore those boot covers...very courtious fellow

They were brought in by the general contractor and on the whole my experience with them was unfavorable. Some of the work was really poorly done and some of the stuff went in wrong. They drilled into tile and put the legs in crooked. Carey came out to inspect and said they needed to fix it but they never did. The plumbing generally works but there have been severe problems with parts.

They’ve always done a really good job. They are very responsive and they do good work. They have good quality people and I’m comfortable with having them in the house. The pricing is a little above average for this area and it represents the quality of work that they do.

When I called them with an emergency repair they came within the hour. They really new what they were doing. They promptly fixed the problem. I felt that the price was very fair and reasonable for the service that they provided. The work they' did has held up very well.
