Another great performance of duty from Carroll Water for our annual maintenance service. This time it was from Ryan and A.J. who professionally and effectively delivered superior service. They are to be commended for a job well done!

We thought we would need to have a new well pump installed ($$$). Our neighbor recommended Carroll Water. They arrived on time and the first thing they did was check the capacitor on the well controller. They replaced that and bingo! Water!! A new well pump would have cost thousands. They also recommended a different cap for the well post to prevent dirt, bugs and even mice from getting in. Very happy with the service and professional knowledge and honesty they showed. When the well pump eventually does fail, we'll definitely call them!

Great service, great results. Initially contacted Carroll Water before the purchase of a new home for estimates on improvements to the existing water system. Austin was flexible and helpful. After purchase, Joe, the service manager, was careful in confirming the order would work out before ordering all the required parts. Joe and the rest of the team at Carroll Water were clear and informative about part availability and lead times and set the right expectations for when the work would be done. Joe and the crew were very conscientious about the work and did a great job, despite a couple unexpected obstacles. In addition, Joe was very helpful and answered questions not just about the system he was installing but general usage. The work they did was so thorough that I don't plan to call them again for a long time. But if I ever do have a water issue, Carroll Water will be my first call.

So far this has been the worst experience ever. Our water quality has always been perfect. However, our water stopped so we needed a new well pump and pipes in the well. We paid $11,000 to get that done. However, afterwards our water was disgusting. It’s full of hardness and makes our special needs child who drinks it sick. We’ve asked them to fix the problem but now they’re telling us we need to pay $8000 in new water cleaning equipment. That is ridiculous considering all the equipment was working fine before they did the well work. They are unhelpful, they are not standing behind their product and I’m going to have to hire another well company to fix the damage that they did. I do not recommend. They continue to give me the runaround And are trying to break us financially.

I was referred to Carroll water via Costco. I wanted an entire home water softener and filtration system since the water in my home was very hard. They came out and tested my water for both hardness and chemicals (lead, chlorine, etc). The salesperson offered several options and I chose their top of the line model. They came out within a week and installed an under-sink filtration system and a home water softener system. The installers were knowledgeable and professional and cleaned up after themselves and used booties. The salesperson came back out afterwards and retested everything to make sure the system was working as designed. I'm very happy with Carroll Water, their product and services. They are professional and I have recommended them to many friends and neighbors.

Installation was fine. But afterwards, the scheduled visits to test and check water quality 3 months after installation and promised services afterwards were never performed even after several messages trying to communicate including texts sent directly. Now the water is fuzzy and foamy at times and I have no way of knowing whether it is safe or not. It seems they pitched " Costco " program to solicit business since I figured I can trust Costco enough but once they got their deal and got money,,, simply -- nothing !!!!

Not well at all. For years CW said it was Iron, then it was CO2 in the water. So year after year they would add this mixing solution, then a mixing tank, then change from Neutra 7 to Caustic Soda then back again, then it was turn up the PH, then they suggested installing something to take CO2 out of the water, then the Chemical Engineer Charlie said it was not CO2 but possibly an unstable PH of the water coming from the well. He suggested by phone without testing the water that we install another adjunct to make up for this but at a cost over $1,200. At this point we wanted the water tested by the Chemical Engineer. However, waiting for a call back from Charlie after an email to him, we never received a call back. Our tech Walter came on site just after the email and he was about to install the new adjunct but had another thought. What about replacing he old Stenner analog unit with a Digital. He installed a new Stenner unit and he proved the old analog unit fluctuated so much that the PH was never stable. We kept getting blamed for changing the PH on the old Stenner Unit which as it turns out we had to because it was indeed fluctuating so much rather than staying stable. So the tech installed a new Stenner digital unit and now with the PH stable, all is well after 8 years. Glad we didn't add another $1,200 to overcharge total. However, ask Carroll Water for any credit or discount for all the things they did, that were not needed, that could have been proven years earlier with their Chemical Engineer just testing the water to see if indeed the PH was fluctuating as a result of the water coming into the house or some unit failing they installed., they fail to deliver any compensation whatsoever. Very displeased in the way Management handled our situation for years. Positive though on feedback on our tech Walter. He only did what he was told until the end when he suggested rather than the adjunct recommended to be installed by the Chemical Engineer for another $1,200, that we upgrade our Stenner to digital. Thank God for Walter. You would think Brian Smith would call us and apologize and perhaps offer some compensation. Still waiting. $2,475 overcharged for equipment and solutions not needed over all these years to keep my wife's blonde hair, toilet bowls, sinks, showers etc. from turning green. Should add in the cost of the solutions we had to buy to restore my wife's hair color back to original.

Another superior annual assessment of our Carroll Water systems. This time it was completed by Certified Tech Tim Aronhalt. His visit was professional, thorough and very, very helpful in understanding what needed to be done and why. I highly recommend a commendation for Tim- he is a most definite asset to your company!

Called Carroll Water to have have my chemical pump serviced. They told me that a tech would be out to fix it between 12 and 2 oclock. The tech Dave Titus called to let me know he was 10 minutes away. Dave was very professional and courteous. He had my pump fixed and running quickly.

Didn't show to first appointment (called two hours after time window to tell us this); Came on second and tried to sell us a used part to "repair" system -- makes no sense to replace a part that wears out with a used part; was charged service charge. Requested charge be waived (when scheduling had told them what was necessary -- would never have scheduled if we knew they couldn't provide a new part (readily available on the Internet)). Multiple requests to talk to someone went unanswered or I'd get one call to explain situation and no call back. They stalled long enough that we feared they'd turn the bill over to a collection agency and so we just paid it to make this go away.

Carroll Water Systems is a dishonest and unorganized company. I do not recommend doing business with them. • Required 3 appointments to do the originally requested work • Performed an on-site water test that gave inaccurate results o Used results to try to upsell into a new water system using emotional tactic o State certified lab later confirmed that our water is safe • Performed work that was not asked for and unauthorized • Called the manager to discuss the above concerns and asked what can be done to fix the situation. o He was rude and unprofessional. Said he did not want my business

Work done ok. Day 1 they jury-rigged my pump so we had water. The techs they sent out ran a wire from the breaker to the water pump bypassing the underground wires. Electrician came back out to repair electric line 5 days later. They left the wire they used to rig the pump. I didn't want to get ride of it because I know it is very expensive. So now I have a spool of expensive electrical wire. Overall the crew guys were very professional and knew their trade craft. Pleasant to deal with. Now i just need to figure out what to do with this spool of wire. Maybe they'll buy it back.

They mislead me and overcharged me by $3000, I couldn't approve, When they got to 200 feet of water, they were more than enough for the flow but they continued to down another 100 feet. When you get a well drilled you pay by the foot. It was over $3000 my budget. I was mislead on the pricing that was originally presented to me, as the contract was confusing and misleading. When I got clarification, it never came, and then by the time we did the work it was $3000 higher. I couldn't explain and he could not explain it either, but that's the way it was. As much as they did a good job with the work part, they just left. I think it was unprofessional the way they left the ground. Where I was responsible for removing the dirt that would not grow, and having to regraded it out. For the amount of money that I spent you would think someone would take a rake and graded it out. They didn't even take up the residue material thing. I had to do that.

We are extremely pleased. We were given a thorough overview of options and costs, which allowed us to make an informed decision on the modifications to be done. The crew was very professional, all the components used are first-rate, and the installation shows a high degree of craftsmanship. The entire system is working very well.

The salesperson came to the home and did a great job of explaining our options and services. He conducted a water test and presented his findings in a way that I could understand. I was concerned about the water because we kept having water main breaks in our area and the water was brown every couple of months.
The techs were on time, professional and was sure to put boot covers on before walking into our home. I really appreciated that. When they were done, they came and got me to explain how the system works and to answer any questions. They picked-up after themselves.
The RO that they installed produces amazing tasting water!

The install went very well. The equipment is pretty high tech but didn't take up as much space as I anticipated. Yes, it's expensive but our water went from tasting like it came out of the ocean and corrupting every appliance to tasting great. We can actually use our ice! And water pressure is much improved. Should have done this years ago!

Estimate was performed by an installer who guided us to not install a water softener based on the chemical analysis of our water. Installation was straightforward and we have had no issues.

Everything went very well.  I called and made an appointment for our water to be tested and Will came to test our water and make recommendations based on the results.  I chose a whole house filter, a water softener, a UV light, and a reverse osmosis system. They were able to schedule the installation for the next week.  The installation by Walter and Carlos went smoothly and only took a few hours.  After they were finished, they gave me a "tour" of my new equipment and instructions on how to maintain it.  Will came back a few weeks later to retest the water to make sure the system was functioning properly.  It was.  We now have safe, clean and good tasting water that no longer stains the laundry or smells bad.

The entire experience went well.  Carroll Water Systems came out and did a number of tests on our water to determine what products we really needed to improve out water quality.  They did not try to oversell us.  Shortly after we decided what products to install and after a county test of the well, we had the installation completed.  The system is working exceptionally well.  Our water tastes much better and clothes come out of the wash much cleaner.  There are also a Costco vendor, so if you have a /costco membership, you get a decent discount (in the form of a costco card) and even better warranties.  We are very happy with Carroll Water Systems, their products and services.

Overall, it went ok. We had some initial difficulty getting the appointment scheduled, but they came on time and were friendly and knowledgable. The ph is still a bit off as the water feels slimmy. Only complaint is they charge to come back and correct the ph issue.

I went to Costco and picked up the brochure.  I called the company and they came out within a couple of days for a sales and water testing visit.
The water was tested and the results explained fully.  The sales staff is personable and knowledgeable.
The installation was scheduled within a week of signing the contract.  The whole job took a few hours and the installer left everything neat and clean.  Some of the pipes were brittle and presented a challenge, but he made it all work.
There was a follow up visit about a month after the installation to test the water and everything is great.
