Excellent service, reasonably priced and quick scheduling. A qualified Lennox service provider (compared to the clowns that installed the original unit), quickly diagnosed and corrected two problems with central heating system.

From the initial call, initial visit/diagnosis, to the follow-up repair, service was top-notch! We used Woody’s before so when my Heat Pump system failed this time, I immediately called them and was not disappointed. The receptionist was very polite and professional as was Steve, who serviced our Air Handler. He found the problem quickly, ordered the new part, and installed it the next day. The price was very reasonable. Top grade for Woody’s again!

Excellent. Office manager was a pleasure to work with - handling pricing up front and scheduling. Technicians took pride in their work. They arrived on time, removed the old 50-gal gas hot water heater and replaced it (with one that I had purchased). In addition to the hot water heater, they installed an expansion tank and a drip pan with piping to a nearby floor drain.

I could not be happier about how the heat pump replacement turned out. Steve called me on Wednesday and said that he and another tech (another Steve) would be able to install the system on the coming weekend. They showed up at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday (Father's Day) and had the new system up and running before noon. They worked hard, cleaned everything up, and gave me a tutorial on the new system including how to program the new wi-fi enabled thermostat. The new equipment (Lennox) is a major upgrade relative to my old system. It appears to work well and is extremely quiet. It is also supposed to be more efficient but I haven't had it long enough to verify this. The cost was exactly equal to the quote that they had given me but it is true that Lennox heat pumps do not come cheap. I highly recommend this company. It is much easier to work with a smaller HVAC company that answers their own phones and employs skilled personable techs. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs.

I've used Woody's for years and have always been happy with them. In fact I've left raving reviews for them here and on other review sites but something's changed. Woody's has managed to lose my business 2 years in a row and I thought I'd share why. First, I want to say that the guys that have come out to the home have always been courteous, knowledgeable and professional; this is not about technical incompetence. Customer service means as much to me as the service I get from the technicians and that's where Woody's has failed me 2 years in a row. Each year I call Woody's to get my spring HVAC check as the weather warms up and I sign a contract which includes/prepays for the fall HVAC check before the weather cools back down. Last year (2016) I called Woody's to schedule my appointment. The lady that works scheduling told me their system was down, took my number and said she'd call me back to schedule an appointment. I never heard from her. I tried calling back once more but had no luck so I called another company that has done work at my home through my home warranty company. Fast forward to 2017. I called Woody's to schedule my appointment. This time there was no system outage and I was able to get my appointment scheduled for a Monday afternoon. I took time off work and sat patiently waiting for the technician to show up between scheduled appointment window of 12-3. That scheduled appointment window came and went and at 3:15 I called Woody's to figure out how much longer it would be before the technician arrived. The lady in the office informed me that the technician who was scheduled to service my HVAC had called in sick and wouldn't be coming. I question why I wasn't notified and she informed me that she called me about 8:00 to tell me but was unable to leave a voicemail because apparently my cell phone's voicemail was full. I guess it never occurred to her to make positive contact with the customer. Seems like customer service 101 to me. If you can get past the bumbling nature of the office staff the technicians are great. After she failed me two years in a row and cost me over $200 is wasted paid leave the second time I've decided it's time for me to explore other HVAC service companies.

I recall the specific time when we were down a technician and Becca had to scramble to get people re-scheduled. She actually tried calling your phone twice, first thing and again later in the morning. In both cases the mailbox was full and we were unable to make contact until you called at 3:15. I'm not sure what you meant by "make positive contact". I do know that Becca has been one of the best people I've had working for me. She's not perfect, but she is very conscientious, and strives to do the best job possible for our customers. I would prefer that you stayed with Woody's. We do value your patronage. They were just average.

They were supposed to main our units to the point where we were looking for recommendations and they weren't able to provide.They were good for maintenance but I don't know if anything beyond that. We have found a company that providers better service I think.

We called in evening when it was intermittant, someone came next morning. furnace was coming on, but he checked and tightened things, couldn't find anything, suggested if it went out again they would replace computer board. Furnace did not come on after evening, we called and left message ( we did not want emergency service), they called us in morning and came out in pm. The guy that showed up was not sure board was it, we were impressed that he was comfortable enough to say so and to call for more experienced backup. Other guy came, found problem, it was fixed promptly.

Awesome! The technician diagnosed the problem as being the ignitor. He showed me the bad ignitor and explained to me how it works and why it failed. I will be using Woody's for any future problems or maintenance.

I love these people! They are the most honest professional people I have had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend them any time! They are responsive and have gone out of their way to fix the problems that were caused by other services. I have also used them a couple of years ago for my Air Conditioning system. They have also maintained my units since.
