My partner and I recently moved into a new house in North Arlington and developed kitchen area plumbing problems. Caffi Service Representative Patrick Bache arrived in short order to make all necessary repairs. Patrick worked quickly and efficiently and thoroughly cleaned up when repairs were finished. He answered all our questions and made very helpful followup suggestions. We've been satisfied Caffi customers in Northern Virginia for over 20 years and knew that we would get the same A-1 quality service from Caffi at our new house that we had received over the years at our former address. Believe me when I say that -- in our experience -- when you go with Caffi you get the best.

It was fine and we're happy with the service and price. Also, we've used them before.

It went very well. Patrick assessed the problem with 30 year old toilet and the less than perfect initial plumbing, provided various options for replacement and completed installation the same day.

The tech would not give up; what happened was before we bought this house someone was snaking the line and the snake line the cable broke and they just left it in there. And we didn't know that until our sewer started backing up. They came and they had to clear it and they tried for hours to pull that old line out and they couldn't get it. The supervisor came and said we are going to have to trench your yard. But the one tech would just not quit. He improvised and attached a clamp to a new snake line and he was able to grab it and pull it out piece by piece. After 7 1/2 hours of using the camera he was able to pull out the last 21 feet of the cable. He probably spent 15 hours over several days. They went over and above!  I think that they need to make sure that the supervisor appreciates that great work of the tech.

Tiling was badly laid first time along one wall and had to be redone with a delay of 3-4 weeks due to the need for additional tiles. The final installation looked good initially but the grouting around the newly laid tile has turned yellow after 7 months. The other walls still look great though! Attention to detail was not ideal, some tiles are not very well cut.

They were very professional but plumbing is expensive. They are prompt and effective.

They are very responsive in working with the customer. The workers are professional, on time and they always put down runners to protect the floor and they cleaned up everyday after themselves.

The remodeled a whole powder room, including the flooring and then there was a double vanity and sink with faucets and a master bathroom. For all those things we paid about $20,000.

The plumber, Robert, called 30 minutes prior as promised, came early, and was so kind and patient with my big barking dog. Most importantly, he is an excellent plumber, efficient, honest and very professional. I will use Caffi plumbing (and hopefully Robert can come back) in the future.

We found water on our basement floor under where we thought something in the master bathroom might be leaking.  On a Saturday afternoon. We called Caffi for Emergency Service because we didn't want to wait till Monday morning, not knowing what was causing the leak, if we could use our bathroom or what.  They returned our call in a few minutes, and arrived a few minutes later. The plumber found the leak -- actually a large "pin hole" leak from an older pipe that you could see in the basement rafter from a certain angle.  He quickly turned off the water to the house, repaired the leak by cutting out and replacing the bad section, tested it and left. The work is guaranteed for one year.  This was probably one of the fastest and most efficient service calls ever.  We didn't have to change our Saturday night plans or otherwise disrupt our weekend, so the Emergency Service fee was well worth it.  Caffi has been our go-to plumber, and we recommend them to others.

Our heat went out during a cold spell. Caffi Contracting was able to come out right away and fixed the boiler, however, it went out again that night. The technician came back early the next day and fixed it without any additional charge. It's been working great since then!

I called Califfi Contracting services to snake the bathroom drains in my one bedroom condo.  Drains are slow after remodel.  I asked for price to snake a drain and dispatcher told me they do not provide price over phone.  They said they charge $49 for tech to come out and determine work.
Tech came out within the hour and gave me a price of $279 + $199 to snake the sink and tub.  There is no other scope of work.  This is twice what the work pays in DC.  I declined because price is beyond unreasonable.  They demanded the $49 and I paid it.

Overall I was very pleased with the work completed.  The service was extremely punctual and finished in a very reasonable amount of time.  The work performed was totally as expected and encountered no issues.  My only issue was the total cost compared to similar work I've had done on my second home in Florida.

On time, gave some recommendations for types of facets, I bought the item, he installed it. also worked on kitchen sink leak, we found it and he made sure it would not leak again. overall good service

Very neat, removing all trash everyday. No big dumpster in the driveway. They also cleaned up at the end of the day. Put my housekeeping to shame. The two full baths were gutted to the studs. Any errors in material (some tile came in wrong) was corrected within a day. All of the people involved will be welcome in my house at any time. From estimates to design to construction it was one of the best experiences we have had with contractors. They were very responsive to any questions that we had and were wonderful to work with. Maybe not the least expensive in town but you get what you pay for and we got wonderful quality and service. Would do it again.

Plumber did not seem to understand how the tile floor shower pan system was supposed to work. Talked about sealing the grout which doesn't stop leaking. Its just meant to stop staining.
He said someone else would contact me about fixing the leak but no one ever called.
