"HIVEX is truly the exemplar of a well-run, high quality, superior customer-service-providing, American small business. If you are having your basement finished or remodeled, do yourself and your home the great favor of contacting HIVEX for a consultation and estimate. From the first meeting, Chris and his team are beyond impressive, straightforward, clear in communicating, and honest, clear and consistent in financial estimates, and in payment and work schedules. They handle all permitting and municipality coordination which is, by itself, an enormous value. They have basement finishing down to a science, with the additional talent and patience to create and add cool, unique, customer-specific requests. HIVEX's work is top-notch and they stand by it. SO happy we found HIVEX! You will be too."

"Ken and his team are spot on contractors/subcontractors. Ken is very approachable. If it's something you do not like, he will make it his duty to make you happy."

"Trent and his crew were all very professional and did an amazing job. Our addition had been started by another contractor several years ago but never completed. Trent made sure everything was properly done and if it wasn't his crews fixed what needed to be fixed until it was done right. After correcting the things that needed fixing they laid all the flooring, tiled the shower, finished the plumbing, HVAC, and wiring, put in the fixtures, painted, built a deck and enlarged our driveway , put in new gutters and gutter guards and some other stuff. The work is too notch and we wholeheartedly recommend them. Their customer service was also great. We have already hired them to do some painting, carpeting and repair work in the main house part of it to start in the fall and the rest early next year per our time frame on when we want the work done. Definitely a great company to work with and highly recommend."

"The cost was affordable. Siding was done in a timely and professional manner. The crew was very courteous, they started on time each day. There clean up after the job was commendable. Would hire them in the future if needed"

"Ken came on time for an estimate and we got the quote within a day. His people finished the project (deck: powerwash, replace several rotting boards, seal/paint; fence: fix the door, power wash, seal/paint) the next week. After the repair was finished we noticed two more boards that needed replacement. Ken was very responsive and had the boards fixed within a few days."

"Matt has completed multiple projects for us, including a full remodel of an old log cabin and a bath and porch remodel at a previous home. He’s a true craftsman and good partner. Highly recommend him."

"Had damage from hurricane dorian. They were the first to respond to requests for estimate of repairs. Very thorough and professional communication through all phases of the job. Very happy with work. Would recommend to any one needing work done."
