My wife and I had a good feeling and Ken and his crew right from the start. I was very worried about how big of a project my issue would become. He set me at ease right away and knew exactly how to address the issue. He also pointed out the specific cause of the water penetration and many other locations where I was in danger of having similar issues. Many of the smaller issues he basically rolled into the project for free. I felt even better about everything once he was into the project, so I went ahead and gave him the green light to address a long list of nice to haves" around the property. That led to him finding some additional major issues, but got them sorted at very reasonable rates. I was a full time property manager for 5 years by profession and now have had rentals of my own for 10 years. Ken is exactly the kind of crew I want working on my properties. I can trust that he's going to get it done without pulling a fast one on me or overselling me on things I don't need. He has his own rentals and I really felt we were on the same wavelength as far as the level of budget to quality ratio that I was looking for. A few minor mistakes were made by his crew but they took responsibility and in the end he made everything right. His crew were great guys too. My wife and I felt very comfortable having them working on the house. 5/5 recommend.

Ken came on time for an estimate and we got the quote within a day. His people finished the project (deck: powerwash, replace several rotting boards, seal/paint; fence: fix the door, power wash, seal/paint) the next week. After the repair was finished we noticed two more boards that needed replacement. Ken was very responsive and had the boards fixed within a few days.

We originally hired a different company who caused damage to my house and none of their work passed inspection. Virginia Home Renovations not only fixed the extensive damage caused by the first company but did an amazing job finishing the renovations we wanted in the first place! I'm soooooo happy with my home now!

Kenneth came, on time BTW, very pleasant to interact with. He looked our situation over, offered suggestions, and gave us a fantastic quote. Being seniors ,we are usually unsure of quotes we are given. We accepted and set up a time frame. On the day the work began Steve and Alvin did an excellent job, very friendly and lost no time getting to work. If you are looking for an honest, reparatable team, these guys are awesome. Thank you Kenneth, Steve and Alvin for the fine work you did and making this senior very happy. We will use them again.

Old house, many problems, still got it done. Real nice people too. Recommended.

Showed up on date scheduled and finished my project as promised. Did a great job making repairs on something another contractor messed up. Will use them again next time I need help around the house.

We have an old home with many unknown problems. They not only fixed our obvious issues they also found solutions to problems uncovered. Honest, hard working, and kind they gave our old home a wow factor!

I hired Kenneth to remodel 3 bathrooms and he told me the job would take 4 weeks to complete, one day Kenneth told me that he has to pull off the job and go work on a flip house of his and was gone for 2 weeks before he came back, worked for awhile and left again came back worked a little a left again then Kenneth sent me a text that said that he he was shutting down his business because he said that his business owes more that it is worth and is starting a new career and left the job in shambles and I had to hire someone else to complete the work and repair the work that was not done properly,

Ken and his team did a super job! Had very good suggestions to fulfill our office needs. Was willing to work around our business hours and did high quality of work - and finished on time!! We would highly recommend Virginia Home Renovations!
