From initial design and scope of work meetings to in-process change management, Matt provided professional guidance when needed and the flexibility to adjust the plan when necessary. MGD LLC displayed the attributes we hoped to see in our contractor, an accurate estimate, project start and completion on time, daily cleanup, tool and equipment organization, and excellent communication throughout the duration of the project. We were informed of dates and arrival times for MGD LLC work, and there was seamless coordination of sub-contractors, so that plumbers, electricians, glass installers, and tile installers would not be waiting on others, or getting in each other’s way. Above all, we most appreciated the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in the work displayed throughout the process."

"Time management was poor at best. Crews running too many jobs at the same time. My bathroom remodel took over 8 months to finish after a 90 day projection. ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS VERY VERY BAD!!! Flooring was not laid smoothly (tile). Multiple holes cut in new sheet rock to hang light fixtures.. Apparently Troy can't use a tape measure properly. He was the supervisor that got fired. 1 of the workers was smoking weed in my house (we don't smoke anything inside). Neil the owner cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. Very dishonest people, company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

"My wife and I had a good feeling and Ken and his crew right from the start. I was very worried about how big of a project my issue would become. He set me at ease right away and knew exactly how to address the issue. He also pointed out the specific cause of the water penetration and many other locations where I was in danger of having similar issues. Many of the smaller issues he basically rolled into the project for free. I felt even better about everything once he was into the project, so I went ahead and gave him the green light to address a long list of nice to haves" around the property. That led to him finding some additional major issues, but got them sorted at very reasonable rates. I was a full time property manager for 5 years by profession and now have had rentals of my own for 10 years. Ken is exactly the kind of crew I want working on my properties. I can trust that he's going to get it done without pulling a fast one on me or overselling me on things I don't need. He has his own rentals and I really felt we were on the same wavelength as far as the level of budget to quality ratio that I was looking for. A few minor mistakes were made by his crew but they took responsibility and in the end he made everything right. His crew were great guys too. My wife and I felt very comfortable having them working on the house. 5/5 recommend."

"The cost was affordable. Siding was done in a timely and professional manner. The crew was very courteous, they started on time each day. There clean up after the job was commendable. Would hire them in the future if needed"

"If you want to hire a contractor that keeps your money (multiple $K) and didn’t get the job done, this is the one to hire. We hires Trent to build the sunroom. After he presented the plan and we placed a deposit of $5000 to get the job started. He had an architect come to our course drawing the blueprint but we requested changes. In the meanwhile, we have engaged Trent for other small scale projects, such as adding a wall or adding rails to our porch. We paid all the projects in full after the projects are done. However, the main project on sunroom hasn’t made any progress for over 8 months. Our request to the change of the drawing hasn’t been addressed in a concrete manner. Understanding that Trent might have busy schedule and we didn’t want to wait for any longer. We kindly requested to cancel the project, refund is $5000-minus the drawing fee. He agreed to refund in his initial text but then unresponsive for our calls and texts. However, he also didn’t move forward with our project. So, essentially we paid $5000, got a semi-finished blueprint and waited for over a year and nothing was done. His argument was this $5000 was baked into the cost of other projects but we have separate quotes for other projects from him and we’ve paid in full. After we have read other review about failing to refund $2000, it seems a consistent pattern. Please address it ASAP before we bring it to the next level!!"

"Bryan Polo and his crew did an awesome job converting my bathtub to a walk in shower. You can see from the picture the intricate work with the wall tile and the mosaic floor tile. I didn’t choose an easy tile to work with, so there was a lot of cutting with the hexagon tiles and the pebble floor. On top of it all, Bryan is such a personable individual which made working with him and his crew a pleasure. He was very communicative about when they’d be here throughout the entire job. He has monumental knowledge of so many types of construction. I highly reccommend him and his company. K Marker"
