Beautiful work!!I have used Marble and Granite Imports for several remodel projects. Kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor BBQ areas. The installers do excellent work and are very respectful of your property, masking and protecting surfaces etc. They are very skilled and provide an amazing finish. Abraham is wonderful to work with and has a keen design eye. He is open and encouraging about the look that YOU want, providing a measured guiding hand. His pricing is competitive while always being flexible. If you are looking to do a remodel - call them! You’ll be glad you did!

Marble & Granite Imports did an excellent job with granite countertops for my outside kitchen. Everything went as planned. My interfaces, Abe and Elizabeth, were very professional and competent. I’m totally pleased with the outcome. I needed the work done by July 4th and it was completed two weeks ahead of time with no cost overruns. A highly recommended company.

He made suggestions and did not try to upsell or pressure us in any way. Marble & Granite Imports is a family owned business. Abraham is a kind, knowledgeable perfectionist who I sense would rather do the right thing that squeeze extra dollars out of a client. It is all about repeat business. The work took the whole day.

Fantastic. Abraham is one of the nicest, most helpful contractors I ever worked with. The team he brought in to do the tile work did an excellent job, even working within our tight schedule. They had no problem with making the extra effort to "do the job right." We still can't get over how nice the kitchen looks! I would not hesitate to hire Abraham and his team again, and have recommended him to all my neighbors.

It went great. Abraham helped me pick out the quartz based on the design of my café. He brought me many samples of tiles and again helped so much with his recommendations. He worked so well with all of the other workers I had and worked with everyone's schedule. As always there are no surprises with Abraham. He comes when he says he will and it cost what he says it will. The whole team goes over and above! I have recommended them to my clients and friends and I will continue to do so.

i have been handling this remodel for my mothers home in Fullerton. l had several people come to the house and give me estimates. Abraham was by far the most informative and helpful. Since this was the first time i had taken on a project of this size i did as much research as i could before i decided who to hire. Abraham was by far the most knowledgable and helpful. He  met us at the slab yard and was so patient while we tried to select our slabs. He helped us design the back splash   which was quite ornate and it turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined. Abraham either answered his phone right away or called back within 5 minutes!  They were on time almost all of the time and if they were running late  which happened once, they gave us plenty of notice. I appreciated that since I have a fairly demanding job. The project was completed on schedule and there were no surprises regarding price. It Cost exactly what Abraham said it would. No surprises! 

In short, Abraham was very polite and easy to deal with in the preparation stages of the project but not so much when issues with the installation were pointed out to him. The installation, while not horrible, has some flaws that are difficult to overlook. His response to my concerns was unprofessional and inexcusable.

I wish I had seen the review of 3/2/2016 before my project. My experience was similar in many ways and I most certainly would not have used this supplier otherwise.

We contracted him to install Silestone Quartz countertops upon our new kitchen cabinets and upon a ten foot long short wall.

His crew seemed more interested in the speed in which they performed the installation rather than accuracy. On the short wall installation, the countertop is not level across the seam and, even though I pointed this out to the crew lead, Omar, during the installation, he dismissed my concern insisting that it would be taken care of after the top was glued down - it was not.

Abraham was not present at the time of installation and was very reluctant to come out and review this issue with me, but eventually did so. When he arrived he was obviously not interested in listening to my concerns. I made the extra effort to be polite and non-confrontational but to no avail, he dismissed my issue insisting it was trivial and then, in an outburst, ran out of my home. His behavior was very unprofessional and inexcusable. He later called and apologized but made no effort to offer a solution.

Additionally, on the kitchen installation, the countertop overhang is not the same from one side of the kitchen to the other. This was an easily correctable flaw and, had crew been more concerned with accuracy than speed, it could have been caught during installation but now would require a complete redo. Again, not a horrible flaw but difficult to overlook. To be fair to Abraham, I did not bring this last issue to his attention but have no intention of doing so now especially since his reaction to the other issue.

I should not have allowed him to continue with my project after seeing the quality of work and should have been more insistent and vocal during the installation process, that‘s my mistake and I will have to live with it.

I hope others will learn from my experience.
