"We had our master bath completely demolished and rebuilt. We were very nervous because we’d never taken on a project like this, but we purchased a 30 year old home knowing we’d have to. We got 2 separate estimates that came in almost identical in price, so we were comfortable we were well within the industry standard for this type of work. "They found the cut-off under my house, but told me that the law required me to have it near the dishwasher. They installed the new valve. In the meantime, they discovered lots of badly corroded pipes throughout my kitchen and basement. They replaced the pipes and also replaced my hot water heater, also badly corroded. Although this was very costly (more than I had ever planned to spend), I could see that the corrosion was bad, and i was glad that they had noticed the problems and moved to take care of them before pipes burst and I had a damaged house to deal with. They also did a couple of small things for which they did not charge."

"Jason came out to inspect the cracks I saw in the brick exterior of my house. He was prompt, polite and very thorough in inspecting all around the house. He also checked the crawlspace and gave me advice on keeping rain water away from the foundation.
He said the cracks in the brick were probably due to the foundation settling and would require foundation supports to correct the problem but that it did not need to be done right away."
