e La Rosa Construction installed a complete sump pump and waterproofing system in my 1940s home, and the results have been flawless. Before the work, my basement flooded during heavy rains, sometimes with inches of water. The owner inspected my basement, explained exactly where the water was coming in, and recommended the right number of pumps, placement, and wall treatments. The crew completed the job in the exact three days promised, worked from sunup to sundown, and left everything clean. Two summers later, including multiple torrential storms, the system still works perfectly. My basement is dry, usable, and finally worry-free. Highly recommend for anyone needing a lasting waterproofing solution done right the first time.

We had our crawl space waterproofed by De La Rosa Construction. I have never experienced anyone like Juan and his crew. This is not your typical contractor who hires some guys and tells them what to do. He comes out, spends hours investigating the problem, discusses with the owner, draws up a drawing of the proposed work with the estimate, comes back to discuss the estimate and then, when the work is finally being completed, you will see him the entire time working along side his employees making sure the work is done to his level of satisfaction. Juan is an excellent communicator. He tells you everything you need to know every step of the way. When people talk about the construction industry they say you only get two: inexpensive, quick, quality, but with Dre La Rosa, it was my first experience feeling like I got all three. I would recommend Juan over and over again.
