Bryan Polo and his crew did an awesome job converting my bathtub to a walk in shower. You can see from the picture the intricate work with the wall tile and the mosaic floor tile. I didn’t choose an easy tile to work with, so there was a lot of cutting with the hexagon tiles and the pebble floor. On top of it all, Bryan is such a personable individual which made working with him and his crew a pleasure. He was very communicative about when they’d be here throughout the entire job. He has monumental knowledge of so many types of construction. I highly reccommend him and his company. K Marker

Bryan Polo Construction removed our textured ceiling and installed recessed lighting and a ceiling fan. Bryan was very prompt when I reached out to start to the project after receiving his quote. Bryan and Johnny worked quickly and kept to their anticipated timeline. Their craftsmanship and work are fabulous. It was easy to have them in the house during the project. We call them again for our next project!

Mr. Bryan Polo is a very experienced and knowledgeable contractor. He has high standards and is very talented, particularly in tile work. He makes excellent suggestions and keeps you informed of any changes that are needed. Mr. Polo does outstanding work.

Bryan just finished up a total remodel of our basement (hall, exterior door, living space, bedroom and sunroom) due to major water damage and mold issues. He quickly assessed the issues we had, as well as work done improperly by previous contractors, and was able to make sure all damaged and rotted material was removed, including full walls of drywall, all trim, wood paneling, all flooring, bad electrical, etc. The whole space was taken practically down to the studs, properly waterproofed and put back together even better than before. He stayed in constant communication with us, even when we were out of town. He met us during a very stressful time and really took control and helped us feel at ease during the whole process and we couldn’t be happier to have our basement back! We’re going to miss seeing Bryan and the crew, especially Johnny the painter, almost every day but will absolutely be having them back for more projects in the future.

marco POLO— you found your man!!! When you hire Bryan Polo Construction you’ll find true craftsmanship, and a crew that’s polite, courteous and looking to beautify your space. Erin and I hired Bryan, Johnnie-the-painter and his construction company to help with mold remediation—they ended up remodeling our entire downstairs (and taking over a bathroom renovation from a previous contractor). What once was a musty old downstairs has been transformed into a functional cozy family room with a bright office and airy spare bedroom AND NO MOLD). It’s hard finding honest folks who aren’t looking to upsell you everything under the sun—these guys are anything but that. Bryan and his guys truly love waking up and working with their hands, and it shows. After weeks of demolition, then reconstruction you build a bond with the guys who show up early mornings, day after day. And… we’d be remiss if we didn’t say we’ll miss their cheerful banter and happy go lucky personalities but know someone else has a project that deserves their attention. What started out as “can you put these walls back together?” has turned into a budding client/ personal friendship. Let’s put it this way, we like the guys so much we’re planning a kitchen remodel with them. (Fall, late fall, first we need to recover from this remodel). Absolutely recommend Bryan Polo Construction — similarly to the game at the pool, if Polo doesn’t reply immediately, wait — he’s worth the find. ***** PS: Johnnie the Painter bakes cakes that are out of this world delicious … make sure your job takes long enough to score 1!
