"Eric and Stephanie were very responsive to our initial calls and Eric spent a significant amount of time and effort with us, defining and reviewing options and helping us select the right system. He identified some issues with our existing plenum and ductwork and solved these at minimum cost to us. He was also the only contractor to tell us we had an existing humidifier, which his team repaired and put in operation for us. They were quick to get the system installed during a heat wave and despite a bad thermostat out of the first box, they got it running until the thermostat could be replaced. Great service, highly recommended."

"Called Benchmark in the early afternoon after a different company didn't get back to me to schedule a repair. The other companies tech came out about 4:30PM to diagnose the problem and found a visible leak on the outdoor unit. Put a leak detector on the tube and that was it......said I would need to schedule with the office instead of fixing on the spot since it would take several hours. Benchmark tech came out a couple days later at about 4:30PM and even though I told him what the other tech said still went through his process to find the leak and make sure that was the only one.....much more thorough and involved than the other company. Even though he said the job would take several hours to complete he stayed and performed the work no problem. Fixed the leak and recharged my system and everything is working as it should. Will use again next time I have a problem."

"My HVAC went out on New Years Day and I called several repair companies and Chirchhill was the only one to get back to me on the same day. Steve called and texted me to see what was wrong and how they could help. While on the phone I described to Steve what happened and the noises I heard prior to it going out. Steve was able to pretty much diagnose went might need to be replaced and had the part in stock! Joe came out the to my house and within 20 minutes I had heat! A few days later I called Steve back and reported to him that my heat was not working correctly (Turning on and off). Steve sent Joe back out who immediately discovered condensation inside a hose. Joe emptied out the water and left free of charge. Every works great!"
