Called about the problem and they were here early the next morning. They were able to "fit me in" to what was a busy time for them, a mid-July heat wave. Located the source of what I thought was undue noise. They explained that the system was actually just kicking into "overdrive" because of the extended heat wave and that the noise was not unusual. While they were here they performed annual servicing and cleaning.

They arrived at our house around 8.30 in the morning and the job finished around 4.30 that afternoon.They did a great job while we were at work.They called us later to make sure the heat pump was working properly. Wythe sheet metal Dave and the guys really helped us out, they had a commercial job and they them if they could pull off one day to install our heat pump and they agreed ,so our heat pump got installed one day before the triple digit temps hit our erea. i would like to add Robin in the office was a pleasure to deal with as well.
