Called Benchmark in the early afternoon after a different company didn't get back to me to schedule a repair. The other companies tech came out about 4:30PM to diagnose the problem and found a visible leak on the outdoor unit. Put a leak detector on the tube and that was it......said I would need to schedule with the office instead of fixing on the spot since it would take several hours. Benchmark tech came out a couple days later at about 4:30PM and even though I told him what the other tech said still went through his process to find the leak and make sure that was the only one.....much more thorough and involved than the other company. Even though he said the job would take several hours to complete he stayed and performed the work no problem. Fixed the leak and recharged my system and everything is working as it should. Will use again next time I have a problem.

AMAZING! I asked about just replacing the entire system vs just the outdoor unit and Eric went through all the options with me. I ended up choosing to replace the entire system since the indoor unit was falling apart anyways. Benchmark not only was affordable while offering quality units, but they were extremely friendly and professional. They were able to work with my schedule and booked an appointment quickly so I didn't have to go without a/c plus right on time for the appointment and kept me updated through the whole process. I would highly recommend them to any one looking for HVAC work done. They cleaned everything up when they were done and everything looks wonderful! Awesome job guys and thank you so much!

Quick,Fast and Efficient

I was most happy with the quick service...and not the a/c is working again. They had the parts needed on the van so did not have to wait long after they arrived. They also checked and cleaned the coils. I was happy they helped me out today.

I knew I had a problem from the under house smell I could smell in my house...so I called Benchmark, recommended by a friend. They arrived on time, did the work and I am happy. That smell is gone too now.
