He started in May and finished in June or July. He was very good. He gave me a good price on it and he did all the work himself. He doesn't have anyone helping. It's just him. He gave me a lot of attention. Anytime I call, he's helpful. I think he gave me a good deal on it.

He didn't charge us when he came out because it was part of his service. He comes out right away, he's a small company, he doesn't have anybody working for him but he comes out when you call him. He picks up the phone pretty much 24/7. He's very friendly, seems to know what he's doing, and when there was an error or something that he did wrong or didn't finish the job, he comes right out and fixes it.

Our tenant was very happy with the new natural gas furnace over the winter as it was way less expensive. He came out and made his bid and he didn't install it right away, as he had many jobs and we agreed to his coming out in the Fall. We tried to use up the rest of the oil that was in the tank and then we gave the rest of it away. He was able to install the new furnace before it was really cold and he installed the new air conditioner a few weeks after the furnace, in November. He came out in the Spring and double checked the air conditioner and tuned it up before it got warm. He's come out on his own a few times to check on things and make sure everything is okay. He came out later and replaced the return air duct because he thought it needed replacing and didn't charge us extra for it.

He came over to see if our existing unit could be fixed, determined it could not be. He did not charge us for that visit at all. He gave us 2 different price quotes, and the pros and cons of each. Once we chose our option,we made a down payment to have the unit ordered. While we were waiting for it to arrive, he installed a portable A/C unit to make sure the upstairs stayed at a comfortable temperature. He was on time, polite, friendly.
