"I give them an "A" for responsiveness and professionalism. Their pricing structure is hourly based vs. project based, so it is difficult to compare them if you are gathering multiple estimates. This was not a good fit for me for this particular job. Estimates are not free. I would consider them for smaller jobs that I do not have time for."

If you need handyman, maintenance or contracting work done on your home or, as is our case, on a rental property, hire him today. I bought my first home in 1993. The crew was efficient and explained everything they were doing. Felt totally at ease and the job was done at a good price point. My second experience with this group and still very pleased."

"Alan's crew laid a sidewalk for me in May 2018. I posted a very good review then, as I was very pleased with the work. However, there are some problems with the sidewalk now. After only a year, one of the control joints has cracked all the way accross and to the ground. In talking with Alan, he tells me this is normal. I do not think he understands what I was describing, as I have since learned it is not normal, and even the 20 year old sidewalks in my neighborhood have control joints that are not cracked. My issue is that he does not return my calls. It took three days to get an answer in person, after leaving several messages. He said it would come by and look at the sidewalk - that was a week ago. I have since left three more messages and he has not returned my call or text message. I do know he lost the employee who did such a good job a year ago. I recommended Alan to a friend who was not satisfied with the work, which was clearly not up to the standards of mine. This was after he lost the worker who did such a good job for me. I notice there has not been a review posted since then. I would not recommend Alan based on his unprofessionalism to even respond to an inquiry about a problem."

All the work was completed as agreed in a good timely manor, He found some rotted wood in bottom of frame that he replace for an agreed upon small added fee, he replaced a small doorbell cover for free.

All in all they did a good job!!!! We will hire them again in the future

"G R Scantling Drywall & Framing were very responsive from the start, calling me weekly to check on the status of my project to schedule the hangers as quickly as possible. They set up the drywall order for me, which I called in to completed (their supplier saved me about $40 over Lowes for XP Purple board). The job was completed in two days (one day hanging, one day tape and mud), was done professionally and well. Super nice guys to boot. Would not think about using anyone for drywall in this area."
