"I recently had a fantastic experience with Repair Pro for a much-needed roof repair, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. ​From the very first call, their professionalism shone through. I was worried about a sudden leak, and the team at Repair Pro was incredibly responsive. "Our roof was supposed to last 30 years but, because of hurracanes and all our trees eventually coming down it was damaged and the company we'd used did an inadequate job repairing it. We also got more damage later from more storms and BMF showed up right on time. Isaac and his crew fixed that and after 3 other estimates we decided to replace the whole roof though it was only 20 years old. Again, BMF came to our rescue with a reasonable estimate and shortly thereafter reroofed our house and garage, using new shingles able to withstand high winds, also straightening up a problem with leakage around part of our gutter system that had become apparent in the last few years during heavy downpours. They knocked the job out in two days, cleaned up all the debris and couldn't have been more professional. I believe this time we finally found a contractor who did it right and we won't be fooling around with random leaks or tiles blowing off when the hurracanes, hailstorms or falling branches come again as they surely will. Thanks to Issac, Monty and the rest of the BMF crew, we finally have peace of mind at a reasonable cost. I highly reccomend this company, for repairs or replacement, they did a swell job."

"Alan's crew laid a sidewalk for me in May 2018. I posted a very good review then, as I was very pleased with the work. However, there are some problems with the sidewalk now. After only a year, one of the control joints has cracked all the way accross and to the ground. In talking with Alan, he tells me this is normal. I do not think he understands what I was describing, as I have since learned it is not normal, and even the 20 year old sidewalks in my neighborhood have control joints that are not cracked. My issue is that he does not return my calls. It took three days to get an answer in person, after leaving several messages. He said it would come by and look at the sidewalk - that was a week ago. I have since left three more messages and he has not returned my call or text message. I do know he lost the employee who did such a good job a year ago. I recommended Alan to a friend who was not satisfied with the work, which was clearly not up to the standards of mine. This was after he lost the worker who did such a good job for me. I notice there has not been a review posted since then. I would not recommend Alan based on his unprofessionalism to even respond to an inquiry about a problem."

"G R Scantling Drywall & Framing were very responsive from the start, calling me weekly to check on the status of my project to schedule the hangers as quickly as possible. They set up the drywall order for me, which I called in to completed (their supplier saved me about $40 over Lowes for XP Purple board). The job was completed in two days (one day hanging, one day tape and mud), was done professionally and well. Super nice guys to boot. Would not think about using anyone for drywall in this area."

"Communication: Communication during the estimate and construction phases was very good. Matt insured that I knew what was happening and what would happen next. Due to my schedule, there was a several week delay between agreeing to do the work and the actual start date. Good communication was essential during that time. Professionalism: Matt has demonstrated a very high degree of professional behavior. He is polite while being professional. Matt demonstrated that he had a firm grasp of the scope of work to be performed. At the same time, he provided suggestions which enhanced to end result. Pricing: I got three estimates for the renovation work to be performed. Matt’s estimate was the best and I felt most in line with the scope of work. Reliability: Matt was very reliable. He arrived at the work site when he said he would and on several days worked well past 5 PM. Attention to Detail: Matt paid very close attention to detail. Cabinet work was beyond expectations. And the finished wall are beautiful. General: I think Matt went above and beyond with all the work he performed."
