I had a roof leak. I called DeShazo and Son Roofing. Jonathan Corker showed up the next day and surveyed the issue. He saw some flashing that wasn't installed correctly etc. He also did a quick fix with some sealant until they could replace the flashing. The team came out and fixed everything within a couple of days. I would highly recommend DeShazo and Son roofing. I will not use anyone else. From start to finish it was perfect

Johnathan and crew were very pleasant to work with. They installed a EPDM roof on my nearly flat-roofed porch and also replaced a large section of the underlying wood that had been damaged by a leak. As far as I can see, they did an excellent job.

The owners and employees are extremely personable. The work was done quickly, and well as far as I can see. They are the best priced among most roofers in the area, but the limited work is still very expensive. The company did a great job and I will look to hire them again if need other roof work done. Jonathan and team replaced our roof with TPO roofing. Communication from the quoting of the project, scheduling and completing the project was professional and timely. The crew completing the project were polite and did a good job keeping the site clean. The price for the roof was very competitive and fair.

Skylight - Install
Ordered sun tubes they installed foil tubed. Complained that was not what i asked for. They are planning to order different part and will fix it after holidays. Very nice to work with. I would recommend them to work on another project

We needed our metal barn roof repaired and painted. Its huge, 2 story. Matt and his team of workers were superior. Matt communicated with us and answered all our questions, every step of the way. We had several estimates and DeShazo was most reasonable by far.. There were never any surprises with cost. We were given options to replace our barn roof, but opted to repair and paint to save money. They did a fantastic job, working sun up to sun down. Alfredo and his helpers were very kind and considerate to us and our property. Even the office staff is top notch, a family. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs!! I wish they had more than 5 stars!

Very rapid ability to give an appraisal. Professional estimate was written up. Price was very reasonable. My only dislike comment would be that the job estimator actually tell his workers what is in the contract. They did not know that ice and water shield was to be installed until they were leaving on the first day and had already put felt on the entire roof. I pointed out to them that they were supposed to have the ice and water shield, so they said they would do that the next day before they shingled the finished roof. The two crew members were very friendly and considerate and kept me updated. Yes, I would highly recommend this company, but just make sure you discuss the content of your contract with the workers that arrive to do the job the morning of their first day there.

They finished my roof in one day and the gutters the next day. Hard workers a d very knowledgeable. Still waiting for rain to make sure the are no leaks, ha ha. My house looks wonderful!

The actual work was performed competently and according to job requirements. The problem was their customer service. They ignored repeated requests to return and clean up after themselves. All we asked was that they run an industrial vacuum to suck up the sawdust and wood shards in the attic, but DeShazo and Son would not meet that professional duty.

The best thing was this company was the first to get in touch with us after they were added to the list of professionals. They quickly scheduled the time to come out to give a quote. Since we recently repaired the ceiling below the leak, the promised to schedule the repair quickly. The repair team actually came the next day which happened to be Christmas Eve.
