"The salesman that came over was very nice and knew his job and about the products they use. The payment options are great. It was a quick and easy process to get the ball rolling. The 3 installers were able to get to work 3 days after the salesman was here. They did a great job installing the flooring. They had to remove toilet, disconnect bathroom sink, move washer and dryer, move refrigerator and stove. Every thing was reconnected perfectly and put back in its place. All of this was done in 4 hours. Great job. I would recommend them to anyone."

We were extremely pleased with the design suggestions and were able to quickly make an informed decision on our tile pattern. His knowledge base on materials also assisted us with making a quick determination as to which products to purchase. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Ferguson Home Improvements was very professional and on time when they did our tile work.  The technicians were very respectful and instructed us of everything they were going to do in there step by step process and made sure we approved everything before the began the work.  After the work was completed on-time and within budget they explained to us how to care for our new floor and made sure that our house was left they way it was when the arrived.  We received a call about a week later from the owner of Ferguson Home Improvements to make sure we were satisfied with the work.  All and all it was a great experience and we will use them in the future.
