Once we signed the contract, Marty as the owner/worker came out and performed the work on the agreed upon date/time. He was always in communication with us on the project, keeping us up to date on any issues. His work was thorough and our shower and floor look almost new. "The salesman that came over was very nice and knew his job and about the products they use. The payment options are great. It was a quick and easy process to get the ball rolling. The 3 installers were able to get to work 3 days after the salesman was here. They did a great job installing the flooring. They had to remove toilet, disconnect bathroom sink, move washer and dryer, move refrigerator and stove. Every thing was reconnected perfectly and put back in its place. All of this was done in 4 hours. Great job. I would recommend them to anyone."

We were extremely pleased with the design suggestions and were able to quickly make an informed decision on our tile pattern. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
