"The cement on our slate patio was cracking and in need of attention. Mr. Sanchez and his crew did a great job of grinding out the old cement, stabilizing the stones where necessary and putting in new cement. The crew was efficient and polite. The job was finished on time and for a fair price, IMO. Before and after photos (of one small area) attached. [One note: The grinding out of the old cement created a signigicant amount of dust. much of which went into the adjacent garden. My wife was/is concerned this will affect the chemistry of the soil, thereby affecting the health of her plants. Just be aware.] Highly recommend."

In working with Johnny on our patio/walkway design, Johnny did a fantastic job of offering ways we could take advantage of the natural rock formations in our backyard to lay out the patio to blend in with the free form shapes. Johnny developed a wonderful design that incorporated a space for our new hot tub that kept the natural, free form design look of the rest of the backyard. Johnny's team provided detailed drawings and images for our HOA approval process â and it was clear Deck Envy would be easy to work with, extremely reliable, and deliver an amazing stone patio/walkway. As with our deck remodel, project manager Ricardo did a fantastic job of securing the permits, communicating the requirements to the crew, and ensuring everything was done in a timely and quality manner. He did a great job of ensuring we were always up to speed on the status of the project and next steps. For the construction, Fabian and his crew did an amazing job building the stone walkway â exceeding our expectations with the finished project by even reassembling our old stone wall that had to be repositioned. Fabian and his crew ensured that the hot tub concrete slab was sound and able to withstand the hot tub weight â poured in a way to flow and connect to the new stone walkway. The overall look is absolutely stunning, and we couldnâ t be more pleased with our new backyard oasis."

Max, the owner not only provided a great estimate but also able to put together a team to complete the job the very next day. The workmanship on the retaining wall was top-notch, better than expected. I should also note that upon learning one of his crew accidentally took my shovel after the cleaning up, Max immediately took action by sending me a brand new shovel even though I told him it was unnecessary."

I made several changes in materials and design partway through and it was no issue for them. Their workmanship is excellent and their workers are courteous, which was important with neighbors being close to the worksite. They even came back at no cost after the project was completed when I requested some changes after a big storm. I plan on using them again if any new projects come up!"
