"Our house is finished with a Drvit Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS). We needed a company to repair cracks and bulging in the exterior walls. We got several estimates - E.M.Texture was very competitive. What impressed us most was how patient and transparent Rob was. He explained what needed to be done and provided several alternatives depending on the scope of the work. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. "Alpha Home Services was such a big help! I had a water leak incident that damaged the floor and ceiling of my home and Alpha Home Services was able to come quickly and open the ceiling and take out the dry wall. The first day they came they laid out all the plastic and closed off the damaged area and took out the dry wall to let air dry the foundation of the home. The next day they let it dry and came to check and spray to ensure there would be no mold. After they came again to install new dry wall and paint. They also were able to give me an estimate for all the damages and talk to my insurance company for the claim. I was able to get my claim and my home repaired in no time. Thank you again!"

"Presidential Exteriors installed 6 windows on our sunroom/office yesterday. Everything went smoothly and we can already feel the protection from the sunâ s heat. The windows are not hot as our previous ones would get, they open and close smoothly, and no extra work was needed. Everything was as expected. A sunroom should be sunny, not baking from hot windows. Unlike one of their competitors (who we previously did business with) but visited us with a high-pressure sales pitch, Ayden Redmond from Presidential stopped by to discuss options for our windows. We had no intention of signing a contract during that visit, but Ayden provided us with an option to do our desperately needed sunroom/office windows first at the pro-rated price as if we were having them all done. Then, if we were happy, we could keep that same lower price for the rest of the windows. Since our sunroom/office had very cheap windows that leaked and didnâ t open and close very well, we took him up on his offer. His offer was more than 10% below his competitorâ s lowest quote to us with the similar type of product and life-time warranty. I had windows installed with their competitor in a previous house, so I knew their products and warranty was good, and the installation was good, but they didnâ t seem to be interested in what we needed and the prices seemed high, especially for a returning customer. During Aydenâ s visit, he gave us time to check the detailed online reviews of Presidential and their competitor(s) (beyond folks that didnâ t like sales pitches) and we were impressed with Presidential. So, we went ahead with the contract. No surprises, no delays, no missing parts, just a smooth and high-quality installation.
