"When I interviewed her I told her I needed only once a month, and at times sooner. The problem came in when I got sick. I needed to take many test over a 2 wk period. Then I had to have surgery. Because this threw me into 5 wks in lieu of her strict 4 wk schedule, she decided to make the next time 3 wks. This was to make up for the extra wk that I needed for testing. I reminded her of our original agreement thru text. I sent her a 2nd text and explained everything, and I got no response. She ignored me even though she knew about my health issue. Bottom line is it's her way or the highway. Her cleaning the 1st time was fantastic, however, in the months to come sometimes it was good, and other times it wasn't. In conclusion, I need someone to adhere to what we agreed on, or at least let's talk about it. Also, to be steady with the work. I don't think that is a lot to ask for, especially the price I was paying."
