"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

"The wash and wax looks good and the inside was clean.
For some reason, the trunk didn't get vacuumed out. I'd cleared it out so was disappointed to find they hadn't done it. Also, not all the door compartments got cleaned.
