I will NEVER use ARS of Virginia again! ARS failed sales & installation. During sales pitch on 12/17, I was told install team would cover floors & anything else. 12/18- During HVAC installation, install team drilled into the brick wall to run the pvc piping outside. They did not cover anything so the brick dust went everywhere! They also failed to seal around the pvc piping hole indoors so cold air was seeping in. Lastly, they spilled pvc primer that is not removable all over my white floors. 12/21- Called ARS b/c house was filled w/ a plastic burning smell. ARS sent tech who said he could not smell anything due to his nasal congestion. He explained that new HVAC may need to ?air out?. 12/23- Heat stopped working in middle of night. Called ARS tech discovered that the air handler burned out b/c it was improperly installed. Plastic condensation tubing was installed outside so it froze & led to heat failure. That explained burning plastic smell b/c air handler was working overtime.

Biggest crooks I've dealt with recently. I was stood up for a seasonal maintenance appointment. Once rescheduled, I was significantly over-charged >3x what I should have been charged. I was contacted to schedule maintenance again, one month after I already had service. And, now I cannot get ANYONE from ARS to call me back to address the billing error and no one answers the phone there. AVOID this company at all costs if you value customer service and don't want to get ripped off!

ARS brought me a great price AFTER their original offer. Their warranties and service after installation seem solid and I was able to get a great deal since I was equipped with other quotes for them to compete against. I have yet to have the work done so I cannot review that part yet. I can say I got a very competitive rate for replacing my furnace and AC.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with ARS of Virginia. I booked a service appointment, expecting prompt and professional assistance with my A/C issue. Initially, I was pleased to secure an appointment for the next day. However, my satisfaction quickly turned to frustration and disappointment. On the day of the appointment, I patiently waited during the scheduled time block, expecting the technician to arrive as promised. Unfortunately, the technician never showed up. Adding insult to injury, I received no communication from ARS of Virginia about any delays or issues. No phone call, no message?nothing. This complete lack of communication is not only unprofessional but utterly disrespectful of my time. In an attempt to resolve the situation, I called customer service three times. Each time, I hoped to get an update or at least an estimated time of arrival. However, each call ended in frustration as I was given no clear answers, no assurances, and certainly no follow-up. The representatives seemed unable or unwilling to provide any useful information. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of ARS of Virginia. Their failure to honor their appointment and their blatant disregard for keeping customers informed is unacceptable. When you book a service, especially for something as critical as air conditioning repair, you expect a certain level of reliability and professionalism. ARS of Virginia failed on both counts. If you need your A/C fixed immediately, I strongly advise against using ARS of Virginia. Their incompetence and lack of communication make them a highly unreliable and frustrating choice. This was not just a minor inconvenience but a thoroughly disappointing and aggravating experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of prompt and efficient service.

The team was very helpful with identifying the issue with our heating system and providing guidance on how to proceed. We replaced the entire system (which was 10 years old). Very happy with the end result. The air is so much cleaner and my son's allergies have significantly reduced.

Mark of ARS was amazing! Every step of the installation process was explained and he delivered exceptional results! His craftsmanship and expertise were clearly evident. The installation was completed as described and the residence was left just as tidy as it was before he arrived. Iâ ve hired numerous technicians in the past and Mark is simply one of the best!
