Bashian Builders

I first met George Bashian when he was the lead guy on our kitchen remodel when he was with another company. That work involved demo-ing the existing kitchen, removing a radiator, replacing the tile and cabinets and countertops and adding a radiant heat floor. He and his crew did an excellent job. When we needed our bathroom remodeled we solicited bids from 3-4 places, including Bashian Builders, which is George's own company. His bid was the lowest by a few thousand, and since we liked his work on our kitchen, we hired him to do the bathroom. Work involved completely demo-ing the existing 1980s era bathroom, adding new tile, building us a nice modern tiled shower, new vanity, new toilet, radiant heat floor, and a custom built cabinet for storage. Our bathroom looks great and we now have a lot of storage, and we are very happy with the work that was done. George also did a few smaller projects for us during the time he was re-doing the bathroom, like installing new ceiling fans, installing a new light fixture for the dining room, new dimmer switches, wall mounting a TV for the living room (including some related electrical work to ground the outlet and run hidden wires in the wall). George is a very honest and nice person and responsive to questions and any issues that arise. I recommend him to anyone who needs a contractor, for projects large or small.
