"CALL THESE GUYS FIRST! We have a drain in our basement that has overflowed for years. It's finicky and the problem comes and goes depending on the activity. We recently decided to fix it once and for all- we had THREE Rooter companies come out and all three provided different 'solutions'. Rooter-Man was the ONLY company to spend the time to determine the problem, test their theories and work tirelessly until the pipe was cleared out. The other companies had me prepared to spend TEN THOUSAND dollars with them to trench a new line in our backyard. Shane from Rooter-Man was honest, professional, nice, hardworking and knowledgeable. I had to contact a plumber and I decided on Plumbing Innovators due to the excellent service I received from them in the past. Two technicians came (Parker and Matt L) and they removed the old washer lines, installed new ones, and tested things. They also were so kind as to provide me with water leak detector (for free) because they noticed that I had a VERY old water heater too (over 32 years old and still kicking). Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."
