"I had an issue with removing my clothes washer connections from the fixtures. I had to contact a plumber and I decided on Plumbing Innovators due to the excellent service I received from them in the past. Two technicians came (Parker and Matt L) and they removed the old washer lines, installed new ones, and tested things. They also were so kind as to provide me with water leak detector (for free) because they noticed that I had a VERY old water heater too (over 32 years old and still kicking). I was so surprised that I gave them both big hugs. They were so kind and delightful to talk to. I can't say enough about them. "All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"Hard working, prompt, and accommodating. We had a standing water issue in our backyard. Tiger Construction met with me to explain the issue and how a French drain, 2 actually, would solve the problem. The drains were dug by hand and the work was completed in one day. And as luck would have it, we were hit with our first snow storm shortly thereafter. Eleven (11) inches of fresh powder that preceded a couple rainy days. When the snow melted....no standing water! The yard will be several months drying out completely given the wet summer/fall/winter we experienced. Tiger Construction will get the job done, and will do so with care for your property. If you hire them, be sure they take a break!"

"Ryan checked the well and found crack at 60 feet. Recommended I install larger filteration system, which will catch more sediment and mud and will flush itself once a week. Looking forward to having this done on Monday. After the rain, poor water pressure again."

"I hired them for some spray foam, but once they got into the space, they discovered that the work that they needed to do didn't need to get done. They could have just done the job, but they let me know that it wasn't needed. Such honesty is greatly appreciated. "Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."
