They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"Plumbing Innovators called 30 mins prior to arrival -- checked out the situation and completely replaced the water heater, added a drain pan, expansion tank and a new sump pump within four hours. "All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. "Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."

"This is the second time that I have used S&S Waterproofing and Foundation Repair. The first time was to fix very large sink holes that were opening up in my front yard, apparently due to underground collapsed drainage piping. This time, when I contacted Steve I asked if they did retaining walls. Steve came to look at the job. I immediately expressed my concern with my limited budget, which Steve completely understood. He offered several options on how to complete the job within my budgetary constraints. We hired S&S Waterpoofing and Foundation Repair to do the job. During each phase of the job, Steve sent me photos of the job progression. He answered any questions that I had almost immediately via text message. Ernesto visited my property, prescribed a solution similar to others I had solicited, but was able to explain every facet of the project in a level of detail that telegraphed authenticity, expertise and real craftmanship. He and his crew completed a 25' under floor ("French") drain, sump pit, pump and discharge system. As is always the case with 60 year old homes, a few surprises were encountered during construction, but Ernesto deftly dealt with each curveball, explaining options clearly to me, answering numerous questions I had and gave his own recommended course of action.
